What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and for the development scope in reports
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with some tools cannot make calls to all Latam countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Filtering contacts for clearer and more detailed reports

What do you like best about the product?
The way email, CTA, and campaigns are set up in hubspot make it so easy for me to complete my day to day tasks. The reporting is on point and the interface is easy to naviate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found too much I don't like outside of the sizing for CTA popups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One spot to get all my workflows done is so helpful to navigate all the touch points. I've used competitors but really only used one component because of how manual the other tasks were to learn. This interface makes it much easier to navigate multiple touch points.
Good platform for managing & running marketing campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing platform does provide good campaign analytics along with ads integeration helps to identify good performing ad campaign with proper stats , and List management is also one of good feature of hubspot, maintaing complete history of user helps to analysing personalised marketing impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only backside of Hubspot Marketing hub is cost , it is costly as compare to other alternative

in some cases creating workflows & automation become complicated ,

What do you like best about the product?
I like the HubSpot marketing automation, It reduces my daily workload, and in one click I can get all the marketing analytics and numbers. As a product marketer, I can easily take discussions or modify my strategy with this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is high, Hubspot charges based on contacts but some companies have only databases for marketing

I really appreciate its automation features and how smoothly it integrates with my email as well as all my dialers.

I love everything to be honest! Maybe it could offer more templates but I truly dont have any complaints I enjoy this app!

Having to send individual emails to thousands of contacts or having to wait and send things at a certain time. I can schedule emails and texts for a mass of peple in less than a minute!

Complexity: There is a significant learning curve for advanced features and workflows.

APIs and Integrations: may be restrictive or untrustworthy.
Usability: Some tools lack flexibility, and the interface can feel overwhelming.
For technical problems, support isn't always thorough or beneficial.

hubspot marketing hub managing multiple marketing task like email , social media , lead generation and analytics hubspot brings everything into one platfrom making it easier to manage and track campaigns
Love hate relationship
What do you like best about the product?
Very comprehensive and built around an inbound mindset and approach, built by marketers for marketers. Can be a powerful tool for startups and scaleups. Mostly intuitive UI with drag and drop capabilities. Comprehensive across sales and marketing, multichannel and multitactic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Always upselling and unlocking features for more money it feels like. Doesn't handle outbound funnels as well. Extraordinarily complicated for some things (like uploading a lead list from an event). Can be clunky and complicated at times, there's always a blog to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to manage our marketing and sales funnels, better manage our customers and prospect relationships. Essentially it can streamline marketing, sales, and customer in one platform wtih automated workflows and such. We hope to scale it and be more effienct, and drive growth and retention.

Hubspot provides sequence to run in an email, which automate the process
It provides Email logs of the team. So, anyone from the team can visit the customer profile and get all the relevant informations.
Additionally it provides meeting scheduler. Which is really helpful to get the appointment from the customer at their convenient time.

I like the fact that it provides a comprehensive suite of tools,including email marketing,social media management,content management and analytics.

It can be expensive ,especially for smaller businesses or those with limited budgets.

Huspot is user friendly and I like the feature where you can transfer a tile to another tile to track it's progress

The ticketing system has a lot of parts where I think its irrelevant
