What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot provides a wide range of tools for B2B companies. Remarkably, it doesn't fall into the "jack of all trades, master of none" trap. Hubspot excels in most of its features, whether it's customization, email marketing or integration capabilities and everything is seamlessly connected and scalable.

Where Hubspot truly shines is in its support and community. They offer extensive resources, including live chat or live meetings, and maintains a large user community where additional help is always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost, especially in countries with devalued currencies, can be prohibitive for smaller companies looking to access its advanced features.

At times, a developer may be required to implement certain advanced customizations. Addtionally, while the platform is highly customizable, tools like workflows and custom reports can be difficult to maintain, even feeling overwhelming at some moments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer experience, providing a go-to-market channel for new features and facilitating cross and upsell campaings.

What do you like best about the product?
Time saving and user friendly. The tools helps a lot with the email automation features. Saas produc, easy to impletement. It was a must to use it in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are panel limits which slow my process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email compains by hand takes too much time for an ROI not so good. The automation allows us to concentrate our effort in value added tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the intuitive nature of HubSpot Marketing Hub, which makes it easier for me to navigate and utilize the platform effectively. The new lead scoring system is a significant improvement for my workflow. It allows me to implement complex scoring logic without requiring manual workarounds. By productizing these complex mechanics, I'm able to independently score actions separate from firmographics, resulting in a calculated score that aligns well with our strategic goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reporting in HubSpot Marketing Hub to be abysmal and lacking in flexibility. The dashboards are not user-friendly, and the lack of flexibility makes them nearly unusable. Additionally, the way HubSpot does not mirror Salesforce's Contact/Account vs. Lead structure poses challenges in mapping data correctly. This structural inconsistency creates complications when trying to align HubSpot data with Salesforce data, making the integration between these two systems difficult and cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to automate marketing, keeping leads engaged through email, forms, and lead scoring, eliminating manual workarounds, though reporting flexibility is lacking.

What do you like best about the product?
It't not new but I have been experimenting with email marketing which has turned to be a good decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say if they can UI more interactive and easy to use.

The best problem I solved is marketing atumation like if I get a lead, I am automatically sending them welcome emails and followups.

What do you like best about the product?
The social media management has been key to our organization. From planning to assisting create content, and it continues to add more features. It makes it very easy to create, plan, and publish.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish all of the AI features were free to use because some of them could really improve processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It compiles all of our social media posts, now including YouTube, and allows us to easily see what is performing well and what is not. We can schedule posts right from HubSpot to all of our connected platforms. It also allows us to quickly build or edit landing pages, which allows for easy SEO changes.

What do you like best about the product?
I've seen the evolution of Hunspot's marketing hub and it has become increasingly helpful for our business. The platform overall is pretty intuitive for the technical marketer and I like that it integrates with many tools within our tech stack, making it our source of truth for data and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with the Salesforce integration which does cause gaps in our reporting and requires constant management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub enables us to attribute marketing activities to closed won business which is key for marketing. It also allows us to run ongoing marketing programs covering the full lifecycle of our target audiences.

Powerful Marketing Tool with Room for Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
The part which is called HubSpot Marketing Hub contains the set of instruments that facilitate the management of marketing campaigns. First of all, the program has a user-friendly interface, so it will take a few seconds to understand it even if it is the first time one is using it. I like the email marketing tools most of which are easy to use to design and automate campaigns and there is usually a follow up on how effective the campaign is. The integration with other HubSpot tools is smooth enabling the use of integrated in bound marketing. Also, it is rich with resources and a burrow of material to refer to in case of problems or when adopting new ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, HubSpot Marketing Hub is quite effective, and this effectiveness comes at a cost which may be a bit high for small business or start-ups. Some of the functionalities described above are only available if the user pays for a more expensive plan, which may not be ideal for the organizations that consider scaling up without vast amounts of money available to them. Moreover, although the automation tools themselves are solid and powerful, their implementation may pose some challenges especially for the user who may not be very well acquainted with computer applications. Lastly, there could be hitches in the system from time to time that could inevitably interrupt one’s working routine, customer support being relatively attentive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It becomes easy to manage a campaign because it eradicates most of the tools, and from a single interface, planning and executing are much easier. The improved look and feel of the forms and landing pages definitely improves lead conversion by ensuring that a higher percentage of visitors fill in the form and become leads. Some of its automated tools help us to reduce the time as it can be programmed to send out emails and follow up leads for nurturing. Moreover, the degree of detail of the analytics presented is particularly useful as it offers a rather reliable scope of the problem that happened and we can apply changed strategies based on the analytic data. Last but not the least, HubSpot helps in enhancing the marketing and sales alignment, and thus, the teams cooperate with each other smoothly. In general, it enhances our operation and yields improved results in the marketing strategies in the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
This marketing platform is easy to use by marketers or non marketers. The platform is intuitive and don't you need to be an expert on IT or coding in order to be able to use it. When you are setting up a campaign, it guides you through each step helping you identify every element that you need in order to run your email campaign. You can run a single email campaign, or you can also scale it up and create a more complexed email workflow. I currently have a customer support sucess manager assigned that guides me through all the questions that I have. We meet on a monthly basis and the support of that manager is key for my sucess. I have being using this platform since the last 5 years in this job and previous companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with CRM could be improved. If data isn’t regularly organized, it can become messy, which makes it challenging to track leads effectively. It can be difficult to identify where each lead is coming from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me by organizing and structuring my data efficiently before I send any marketing email communication to my audience. Its intuitive interface simplifies this process, ensuring my campaigns are well-prepared.
