Everything Under One Roof

What do you like best about the product?
After using HubSpot Marketing Hub for over 5+ years, I know I could never go back to something else. Having all my coms under one roof saves me time, keeps data clean, and keep messaging uniform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing. It is always improving and coming out with better, newer ways of doing things and that is what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the above. Understanding and tracking customers is the biggest thing.

What do you like best about the product?
there is a new AI feature that allows for quick edit of the content on the fly. It's handy for rewrites to convert stream of conscious into good prose.
many AI features popping up but not part of my plan... bit of a hard upsell :(
What do you dislike about the product?
the UI to make an email is shockingly hard. Nothing drags/drops. Things auto-adjust the wrong way (centered vs column). I have to manually add everything. It feels like WordPerfect from 1999 vs. MS Word from 2010... (and no one seems to offer what I really want which is a true drag/drop design experience). bit tricky for casual user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
no HQ support fo makreting, so we needed to run a departmental email newletter. we easily installed HS and were able to pull lists into the system . it deduplicated contacts and improved deliverability. we tried doing it through a few other 'smaller' systems, but hubspot was the best middle solution

What do you like best about the product?
Easy connection between CMS, Marketing CRM, and Sales tools enables our teams to work in better sync, ensuring a good customer journey
What do you dislike about the product?
While reporting capabilities are robust, I'd love to see more customization options for tracking and visualizing data. Visualization options are somewhat limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub streamlines our marketing efforts by unifying tools, automating workflows, and providing actionable insights. This all-in-one platform enhances collaboration, drives effective campaigns, and improves customer experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
I am over our socials for our company and I like the ease if being able to do one tasks that will be performed across multiple platforms. It makes my job a lot easier so I can juggle the other tasks that I have on deck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there will be some glitches in the system whenever I'm editing certain things like social captions when scheduling posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How do automate certain tasks so that my team has a larger bandwidth to complete more duties that are of equal if not more importance. We are a small team so having those automates are a game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a clean interface, comprehensive solutions, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a one person marketing team, it's just too much of a beast for me to unlock. I wish there were "lite" versions for those of us who don't have a lot of time to train on it and setup.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive to use. They offer good resources to learn how to use it. But a lot can be learned just by using it because it just makes sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more customization in the reports dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing and nurturing leads as well as getting a full view of buyer journeys.

What do you like best about the product?
Transparency with our small team, and the ability for fewer team members to do a better job with more efficiency
What do you dislike about the product?
Commenting and approvals still seems clunky, so it's an underutilized tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation! We previously had forms all over the place and had no idea where submissions went. Now we know who came in when, and who is in charge of acctionable next steps
