What do you like best about the product?
The best part of having the marketing hub is if you also have the sales hub so you can have all the insights from your funnel and put them to action in a faster way
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup is a bit complicated, and a small mistake has huge impact on your data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that we can centralize from content, to customer journey and ad management is really helpful

Hubspot took our marketing to the next level

What do you like best about the product?
It enables us to derive data-informed decisions so that we can align our activities towards our goals. It also enables us to automate many tasks and scale our work. We can do a lot more: better and faster!
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish that the new content hub features released were available in our marketing hub enterprise package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before adopting Hubspot, we weren't able to automate or do workflows. Now we can, which has allowed us to scale. Before hubspot, it would take many hours for us to generate performance reports for our stakeholders. Now it doesn't take any time because our reports are automated. Before Hubspot we had to wait a lot of time in order to launch and analyze tests. Many times, we had to wait until the end of a campaign to understand what worked. Now, we can track, optimize and iterate very fast.

What do you like best about the product?
Emails, workflows, creative control - you name it, hubspot has it.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that when we first signed on we had access to so many creative templates but then they removed that marketplace. We create our own custom templates now.

What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to pull everything into one place, to post, schedule, email, manage ads, forms, etc. makes it SO SO much easier to do all things marketing for my agency and clients without using 1000 different apps
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had TikTok integrations (probably out of Hubspots hands tho) and there's some inflexibilities that always seem to be one "upgrade" or "additional fee" away. When my company doesn't have a huge budget, some things feel unfairly non-disclosed that they cost extra when you learn they're free in other platforms, like transactional emails and some workflow functions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to connect CRM data to marketing data and insights saves a lot of hassle, plus scheduling is easy to add, share for approval, and update at any time

Ease of use and seamless integration with CRM

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to move from another marketing platform, including data migration, creation of sgementation and automation and we were live sending emails in less than a month from the start of the project. Speaks volumes to the ease of the platform. And the fact that we have not skipped a beat shows just how complete the solution is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I do not have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that we are able to send timely emails to well augmented populations to keep interest and increase engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Attributions, UI/UX, AI agents, Betas, Automations and workflows, Customization field options...
What do you dislike about the product?
The permisions have gotten better. I feel like the Free Email and Landing Page templates could be more deisgn friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform acts as a personal assistant for our sales and marketing teams. I train and onboard all of our sales members. I really enjoy running drip campaigns and creating efficiencies in deal stages, so sales teams can focus on selling.
