Marketing hub
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of the marketing hub. It's very intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Some product limitations- lifecycle stage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's enabling us to have a comprehensive view of our contacts as we communicate with them via email and try to move them along the marketing and sales funnel

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub has been easy to learn and use, and getting the metrics I want has been almost instant. I would never go back to my old platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there isn't anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made it so much easier to reach customers without any huge learning curve.
Simple, easy to use and scalable!
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and easy to use, unlike other tools that i have used. The email building tool, as an example is so easy for developers and marketers to use, whilst also being scalable so it can grow as the business grows. If i have come across any problems, the customer support is always on hand to help!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the marketing contacts can become a challenge, autobilling seems to have stung us a few times because the email was sent to an email that wasnt monitored over the weekend.

Automating data input, managing and creating leads, marketing new services/offerings to customers, managing campaigns

I like how easy it is to use and onboard too.

Sometimes, I want to try more complex workflows and not sure if it can

So many things to like about the marketing hub. Campaigns, analytics and website interface are all intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced few downsides. Namely just learning curve with so many tools.

It puts all of our web and marketing information in 1 place.

Wish I could send more emails at once. Only sending 50 is difficult

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy and robust way to track leads through their journey with our organization.

The nature of contracts mean that individual records can be bogged down with tags and properties needed to properly sort them

It allows us to track our customers and evaluate our marketing campaigns to determine spend and performance

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, powerful, excellent integrations, constant innovation and improvements

Wish it integrated better with SalesForce

It is our central Marketing Automation Platform that does everything from Lead Gen, Conversion, Nurturing, Retargeting and Social Media

Sometimes drilldowns come across as numbers instead of the name of the source

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it breaks down silos, so you can schedule emails, social media posts, create landing pages, automated workflows, etc. all in the same platform. It saves me lots of time, and I've seen it be valuable for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be nice if it offered a sales vault that all collateral and literature could be saved, showed open rates, performance analytics, etc. that could show in activity feed and be automated in workflows.

Scheduling and automations help save me time and scale my business.
