Hubspot is a one stop shop for digital marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, the centralization of marketing contacts and activation and the many options for automation and data collection.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need for upgrading the number of contacts. Some features still feel the need to involve a web developer to understand/implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us stay in constant communication with customers, understanding which content resonates with them, and turning prospects into leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Tools available are everything you need to be a marketing pro. Easy to use and teach new users. Rolling out new features like crazy, getting better every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Zero complaints! Maybe how Business Units permissions are set - should be easier to set up.

Allowed me to create and deploy every single marketing channel needed to be successful.

The ease of use! If this is your first time using a CRM, then this will make the process easy. It can be a breeze to set up and ulitize for your business.

It can be challenging if you are integrating with another CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub has been a great addition to our business! I love that we've been able to bring a bunch of our tools under one roof and the automation has been a welcomed time-saver.

It can be confusing to get started, but once you're off and running it's pretty intuitive.

We're reaching our customers in new and innovative ways!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that all or most of the touchpoints from so many sources are tracked in one centrally located CRM. This helps us with campaign efficacy and analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some overarching issues that prevent us from integrating many other 3rd party sources with APIs. We have to develop our own, and this is cost prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
3rd party integrations and getting other system to speak with HubSpot. Events, having events and scheduling with a org calendar would be very helpful.
