Absolute Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
If you've used any other Marketing tools, HubSpot is a quick on-ramp. The time to actually starting to send emails, build landing pages, etc... was nothing short of startling. Bringing in and sending out data via built-in integrations was easy. Any roadbloacks or questions I hit were easily solved by customer care.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I've built the next phase of my career on this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing multiple platforms which were different and discrete into one integrated platform to work together.

Ability to showcase leads generation and how it create visibility and awareness for the brand

It can have sub lead function to connect multiple leads within a large requirements

Reaching out to many prospects with by creating the best content within minutes
Very useful for segmented outreach
What do you like best about the product?
We have a lot of different customer lists and segments coming from several platforms. Marketing hub and lists make it easy to target and ensure we have personalized and relevant content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes would be useful to be able to use different unique identifiers for lists
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation, keeping customers organized when we have multiple contacts, landing pages and all the other tools within hubspot link seamlessly

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about marketing hub is ease of use and the ability to integrate with so many things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, the help functionality is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It integrates with our CMS and calling platforms allowing us a holistic view into our customer journey and data.
Great Tool For Everyone - Beginner to Advanced Users
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it implements with numerous different tech tools. Their customer support is pretty easy to work with and is generally fast to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the new custom journey reports had more functionality/filter options

It solves the problem of sales and marketing working together
Marketing Hub makes updating landing page content a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
The landing pages are so quick and easy to cone, update, and publish. Changes can be made on the fly and the SEO suggestions help keep you in best-practice.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is constantly deploying new features (which is great) so the interface can change (what seems) suddenly and you need to adjust to that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gave us the ability to create landing pages with ease without needing to know html/css and to A/B test which we didn't previously have.
I love HubSpot! It streamlines so many of our processes and allows us to keep things organized.

The new Breeze feature! I love the innovative ways HubSpot finds to make our lives easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes things are hard to find. The interface can be challenging to first-time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media management -- the platform allows us to organize our files and documents in the same places that we schedule content. Super streamlined!
It keeps getting better
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using the Hubspot Marketing Hub for years and every year it gets better. It's 10x easier to use than Marketo or Pardot and the new AI improvements are huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be nice to be able to see how many emails people receive on average (across the board or by designated list) and to have more workflow guardrails so you can easily identify when workflows will be firing at the same time or if they overlap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to store all of our marketable contacts in one place and easily segment them for email sends + list builds.
Absolutely necessity for small teams, increase capacity without adding headcount!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is centralized and connected. Using Marketing Hub decreases the number of tools we have to use, and ensures all our analytics are linked. With social, email, and website tracking all in one place, our data is cleaner and much more robust. Makes for easier communication between team members as well. I also like the "extras" like scheduling tools and being able to host a blog through HubSpot, even if our website is hosted elsewhere. Also nice that it has so many integrations with other platforms, like Salesforce and whatnot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of my dislikes about HubSpot come down to the reporting. There are certain reports I'd like to run that just aren't possible because some of the properties don't mesh well or something? Just limiting in a way. There are also some hiccups in social, where the "recommended" times are just...super arbitrary and unhelpful. A few other social hangups, but honestly that seems to be solved by the new Breeze agent, which I'm excited to try out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the siloed metrics issue, and having everything in one place just makes it easier to come to informed conclusions.
