Intuitive platform
What do you like best about the product?
Super happy to be back at a company who leverages and finds value in Hubspot Marketing Hub. The UX is great and I was able to teach myself how to use most of its functionalities by walking through or watching turorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's definitely a tool for smaller teams.

Email marketing, collaboration, AI enablement

Having a tool that inegrats the whole lifecycle activities of a customer, from marketing to sales and customer success

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create and manage marketing content in one place - email, social media, blogs, the website and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot ads new features and changes things around pretty frequently so you need to stay on top of it

It's much easier to analyze performance of marketing initiatives with everything in one platform.

I live how the marketing hub makes it easiers for us maketers to manage contacts and get valuable data to optimize our efforts

Nothing, the platefom is very user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
As a new client without much experience, I quickly loved how user-friendly and intuitive it is. I was able to dive right in and start exploring how our entire organization could thrive with the native configurations and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 3rd Party integration to SFDC is not great. The connected apps help make the integration easier, however, highly customized and segmented CRM processes make the integration a daily headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is primarily solving the problem of over complexity with our existing marketing automation.
Great Marketing Platform - Will Recommend (ALWAYS)
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using more of the advanced automation features lately, and it has made our workflows much easier to manage. The new reporting updates have also given us better visibility into campaign performance across product lines. Overall, the platform continues to improve and supports our growing marketing needs
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have more flexibility within dashboards and custom reports, especially when comparing multiple data sources in one view. A few areas of the platform can also feel a bit siloed, so smoother cross-tool integrations would make the experience even stronger.

Hubspot is helping us track our customer journeys and see the ROI on specific marketing efforts.

I have yet to find any dislikes. Learning curve at first but otherwise very intuitive

We have just started using Hubspot as our marketing platform. It's ease of use and the capabilities it offers has me geeking out.

None yet. Our issue is that Hubspot is currently not integrated into our CRM so we cannot get those holistic views

Eventually we would love to see pipeline and how to help sales be able to move some of those along
Marketing Hub is a No Brainer
What do you like best about the product?
I have personally migrated 3 companies from other tools to HubSpot Marketing Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the Pricing tiers. A lot gets gated.
