Marketing for the Modern Marketer

What do you like best about the product?
The Marketing Hub allows me as a marketer to complete everything I need to do while seeing the effectiveness of everything all in one place. You can create and manage campaigns, link all of your content to campaigns and watch to see what the results of your campaign are. It is a fantastic tool that works great for teams and individuals

The customer support from HubSpot is amazing and can almost always answer my questions. I'm sure all marketers can agree we are creative and think of creative ways to use solutions, so usually I'm always trying to get HubSpot to work for me in unique ways and need HubSpot's help to do so, or let me know it's not something I can do.

I use the marketing hub every single day at my job. It's so easy to use and crucial to the success of my role as a marketer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike about the Marketing Hub. I feel that I am able to create everything I need in order to operate my marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me manage and create all of my marketing. With it being all in one tool, I don't have to jump around to different platforms in order to accomplish my goal. I've been at company's who don't use HubSpot and I don't know how I managed. I certainly will not be accepting any future job offers at company's who don't use HubSpot, I don't know how I'd function without it.

Not enough API customization to allow multiple connections to multiple apps with multiple accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and intuitive. Easy to onboard new users.

AI features have not proven as helpful as I'd originally hoped.

Marketing Hub makes it easy for my team to manage its content (emails, blogs, social media) in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and easy to train new employees on. Having all our marketing efforts centralized is a game changer for us in terms of reporting and iteration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have very few complaints outside of the occasional software outage that prevents us from making the required updates. This is a reare occurrence and happens maybe twice a year
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
90% of our marketing efforts are centralized within HubSpot. If it does not live there, it is integrated so the data is there. We are able to calculate ROI on our efforts thanks to campaign trackers and have massive automation capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having access to just about all of my tools in one place. By consolidating my marketing efforts I'm able to build automated workflows that save me time and guarantee things are flowing.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any program that has so many capabilities, it can sometimes be difficult to find the exact location for something you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can build robust automations to help keep potential clients on the customer journey without the need to be managing it directly.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has helped improve all of our marketing efforts, streamlined processes, and the help of AI has made time-consuming tasks much more manageable. Our team loves using HubSpot and our marketing efforts improve every day because of it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the downside to using HubSpot marketing hub is just getting used to the program if you've been in other CRMs. Navigating a new product is always an adjustment, and definitely takes some time and effort to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media scheduling, post creation, and content creating in general is a breeze and so easy to navigate!
