Strong platform that makes marketing easy
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and I kind quickly figure out how to find data, route data, and pull reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I know the full power of the platform so likely not using it as much as I could.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our central hub for all marketing automations as well as email.

The platform is very intuitive to use and meets all of my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally feel uncertain about the updates when they are released, and I become confused with the user experience when it appears different.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot Marketing has all our templates and branding saved and built so I can post blogs, send emails, and schedule social posts at the touch of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike so much as using it well requires a lot of training or a lot of trial and error. My company didn't get training so we've had a lot of trial and error. Some of us are now experts using Hubspot. But those that don't want to go through a lot of trial and error don't see the value in the platform. So in depth training would be beneficial at sign up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing is faster and easier, and we have the metrics easily available to prove our ROI as a department. That's imperative when working in marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing has changed dramatically how we interact with our schools via email and stay compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't honestly think of anything at this time.

I feel as someone who never used the product it was super easy to use

I would say it easy to use and have no complaints

It has made creating content and emails a breeze
I use HubSpot 99% of my day and love it
What do you like best about the product?
I like how marketing hub talks to the CRM. Everything needed to collect data and send emails to those contacts are in one place. All the activity taken from a single contact record is recorded in their landing page view, form full, email metrics and special properties about that contact. Everything being in one place makes it more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email tool is a little less advanced from a design and tech perspective. I often hear from our design team that they wish they could do more tech-savvy elements or include special branding and design elements that are limited in the email tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our issue of sales and marketing being able to talk to the same contacts. Previously we were in SF Markerinf Cloud for email and a separate CRM that sales used and we couldn't communicate to our shared contacts or utilize each others data.

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly ux is a big deal for us. We are easily able to train employee that are both marketing automation users or not. I love how organized I can keep campaigns and the visibility we have to connect all different touching points in our reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of the reporting restrictions once you get to a higher tier of emailing. For example not being able to get a full years worth of data without doing a manual export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to improve the way our data is organized and brought in from our data warehouse. Custom objects has been huge for us!
Robust Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub is the best all in one marketing and crm tool I've used. I've been a salesforce user and leveraged many email platforms like constant contact and mail chimp and Hubspot is by far the most all inclusive tool with the most robust automation capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until recently, custom editing emails for mobile vs desktop was difficult, but they've just released this capability into beta and I can't wait to use it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing hub allows us to bring all of our marketing tools together in one place. We connect all of our other platforms to Hubspot so we can leverage all of our marketing capabilities in one place

What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to create emails, forms, landing pages, and lists all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag and drop templates can sometimes be limiting for teams without coding experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of needing to send emails to contacts constantly. It allows work to be automated that would otherwise take a lot of time to do manually on an ongoing basis.
