Marketing leads in one spot
What do you like best about the product?
I love the capabilities that HubSpot offers. The fact that you can combine multiple platforms functions into one platform (HubSpot) is a win win for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about HubSpot except maybe the price. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using multiple platforms that didn't speak to one another so we struggled with attribution. Now bringing everything together into one platform, our vendor management team is happy and we will be able to directly tie back our marketing efforts to lead wins.
Great user friendly experience!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy to find tutorials and intuitive software. Even being a new user, it's so easy to figure out how to accomplish my goals and I often end up finding new methods I wouldn't have thought of on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that it needs so much bandwidth so my company's VPN sometimes slows me down with lag time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making email marketing easier to create emails fast and monitor metrics. It's also making it easier to find more metrics in one space instead of having a ton of different places to go for reporting.

The email platform is easy to use and helps to make sophisticated email designs

The forms don't allow you to collect data that is not attached to a property

Ease of use to create the automation and keep track of the analytics of sending out emails and deal creation.

Keeping the data clean is sometimes overwhelming

It helps keep track of our customers that we are trying to engage with and be able to report out on the activity.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very manageable for a team of 2 to 20. Extremely organized and a great tool to use when measuring.

Have an easier time moving around data in the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes automating marketing easy and using the AI features helps our small team churn out marketing consistently. Supports different aspects of our business while allowing us to see customer insights and pivot accordingly.

I do not have the time to customize to the level I would like to make it the best.

It helps show how we are marketing and building content that drives engagement. Allows us to access users on other pages that we did not have insight into.

custom settings or templates are hidden or not in same place / like when you are using forms and trying to modify color and settings on a landing page
