Hubspot is a lifeline for my business
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to track every deal and types of contact for my leads. With the website hosted on hubspot i'm able to cross reference every visit and whatever the contact views or consumes on my website
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations with other softwares is a bit lacking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What contacts are created directly from social media and what exact source they are coming from. This helps me see how efficient my marketing campaigns are across all platforms

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is having everything we need centralized in one platform. Email, forms, landing pages, campaigns, and reporting are all seamlessly integrated, so we don’t have to switch between different tools or manage separate spreadsheets. This setup makes it much easier to monitor what’s currently active, what’s scheduled next, and what’s truly delivering results, all without unnecessary extra work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback for us is the process of creating emails. The selection of templates is quite limited, and building emails is not as intuitive as it should be. Since it doesn't offer a genuine drag-and-drop interface, designing or customizing emails ends up taking more time than we anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub allows us to keep our marketing efforts well-organized and easy to measure. By consolidating our tools and data into a single platform, it eliminates the issues caused by using separate systems. We can manage emails, forms, landing pages, campaigns, and reporting all in one place, which makes it much simpler to track what’s effective, follow up with leads efficiently, and maintain momentum without losing sight of ongoing projects.
Great for Automation, Needs UI and Pricing Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for setting up drip campaigns, and I really like its automation features, which have allowed me to save time. The integration with many other tools is also something I appreciate because it allows me to enhance processes and SOPs. Also, the initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing and UI of HubSpot Marketing Hub could be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's very easy to design emails with HubSpot Marketing Hub, using just drag and drop to customize the blocks you need. It makes creating interactive emails a breeze, which helps get more clicks to the landing page. The initial setup was very easy for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more template options would be great. Like 5 - 10 pre-designed templates to use for email marketing campaigns for each festival like Christmas, New Year, etc.

Some advanced customization options for workflows and reporting feel a bit limited or unintuitive, and occasionally the email editor can be restrictive compared to other tools. Overall, while powerful, a bit more flexibility and simplicity in certain features would enhance the experience.
