LOVE it - The AI Keeps Making it Get Better and Better
What do you like best about the product?
All of my content is hosted in one place, and can now be remixed via AI!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was a way for emails to include personalization tokens that are flexible based on different data (ie. a Google Review link that is unique to different geographic regions)

Allowing a single place to manage all content, allowing for personal feel in one-to-many
A Platform with a Powerful and Simple UI
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Sales Hub and CRM as well as Commerce Hub
What do you dislike about the product?
Becoming more complex and taking longer to teach clients how to properly use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A simple platform to run myh clients marketing campaigns in one spot with one too.
Can’t live without it!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot helps me do my job better and more efficiently. I don't know what I would do without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is when updates are made and I have to adjust my routine. But that's the way it goes when things are constantly improving!

It helps me stay organized
hubspot has everything centralized and is very user-friendly

How it centralizes all the information and makes marketing tasks quick and easy.

There is a lot of information, sometimes can be hard to tell where to go to accomplish certain tasks

Makes working with social media quick and efficient, as well as email marketing and being able to track the analytics all from the same platform.
Marketing Hub Makes My Job Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps make my job easier through automation and list building. I am actively in HubSpot daily and prefer the HubSpot Marketing Hub over other CRMs. Super easy to use and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to create workarounds using workflows or lists to accomplish tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal process management for lead follow up and emails. Use of automation helps relieve employees from repetitive tasks.

Direct integration with the CRM. Ease of creating custom campaigns from lists.

Still having some trouble teacking engagement lifecycle

Upping our game in traditional and digital marketing efforts
Dynamic content made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it easy to use associated information to my Contacts when sending them targeted messaging. HubDB and Custom Objects make personalization extra special!
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing Hub could still use updates to several other channels that are not available natively, SMS, mail, and other social platforms are lacking integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the problem of sending targeted messages based on user-submitted information. Custom objects have allowed us to gather this information and send it back in an analytics-based package.

It takes a little bit to set it up, but worth it!

Automating journeys, making blog posting easier, better integration of multiple data sources for website and eblasts.

Less places to look for all the data
Lots of features, good customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot Marketing Hub has many features that bundles many sections of your marketing needs like Emails, Forms, Lead Scoring and Website Pages. The team is always adding new features so they are expanding. The customer support is usually good because the reps are knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attribution tracking, especially multi-touch attribution capabilities, are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It bundles the capabilities of many tools together so that is helpful because we don't need to use various tools. We use most of the features, from reports and analytics to creating and sending emails to creating intake forms. All the capabilities are smooth and efficient in our day-to-day processes because they are easy to learn.
