What do you like best about the product?
love the all-in-one approach—email, social media, and lead management are seamlessly integrated. The automation features are powerful and flexible, helping nurture leads efficiently. Plus, the reporting tools give real-time insights that are easy to digest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can quickly escalate, especially as your contact list grows. Also, while it’s great for inbound marketing, advanced users might find some limitations in customization and reporting depth without expensive add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solves the problem of fragmented marketing tools by offering an all-in-one platform for managing campaigns, automating workflows, and tracking leads

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it combines multiple survices. I can make and post social posts, email to list segments, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes there are gliches and things can disconnect or not save in the right way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving automating marketing campaigns and processes. It helps us get our messaging arcross multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it has so many marketing tools and it's all in one place. The email designer is an essential tool that I love and use everyday
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing contacts has been the hardest part for me, but most everything else I love
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been so easy to create emails in compared to Pardot. Helps us notify customers of our events and helps us drive registration

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface, powerful tools to keep us on track with our goals.

Integration with Salesforce can proove tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as our primary CMS and Marketing automation. It is the cornerstone of our MarTech. For us, when we aquired another company with a totally different martech stack, we were able to eliminate two CMS tools and implement Hubspot which has proved easier to use for a wider audience within our company.

Campaign analytics are amazing as well as the wonderful workflow engine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some attribution for offline sources is a bit lacking. I do have it on good authority that this is a high priority for the Campaigns team!

What do you like best about the product?
Integrating it all into one place is great. Easy to navigate through.

Some say that leads are sometimes not assigned automatically and need to be done manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefiting us with the company cards and keeping customer information all in one place. We send out alot of emails and it's been such a great tool for that.
