Can't think of anything f I don't like -- it is exactly what we need.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing activity visibility within each contact record.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love the forms to be more dynamic, they're basic & limited currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had multiple platforms doing many different things for us. Hubspot has allowed us to centralize our marketing efforts within one platform.

Excellent marketing tool connected to the CRM to study really useful strategies

nothing, with the implementation of Breeze I'm sure it will be even easier to create engaging content

You can see all the interactions of a contact and take them from the cold contact phase to the hot contact phase ready to be contacted by a salesperson

Sometimes you need another Hub to be able to achieve what you would like to.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The go to market is so easy with a product such this, yet very complete and powerful platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Subscription model require advanced tier to unlock some of the best feature, such as custom objects

Having a whole complete platform that include marketing data and keep track of the behaviour of users during website navigation.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy ramp up, you don't have to be a technical person to set up your account.
Short learning curve, the platform opens up a soon as you became more experienced and need more resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are coming from a complex MarTech set up, migration may require some extra amount of time to shaped your business model to work under HubSpot's way of working. For instance the usage of primary keys

It allowed my clients to be able to perform professional CRM campaigns almost overnight

What do you like best about the product?
Integration and conversion tracking were the two primary reasons we decided to explore HubSpot and I'm so happy with what we're able to do so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve in how to navigate the platform and it sometimes feels like you can do the same thing in different places but with different options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having data in many systems that is not connected.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been instrumental in capturing and managing all of our marketing contacts. The ability to segment contacts that may no longer be engaged is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish is was a little better at identifying duplicate and spam contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to see our customers' history in a helpful place
