Use across multiple clients and love it
What do you like best about the product?
It gives you everything in one place. Marketing tech stacks are so often disjointed. This is the perfect way to consolidate everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like there are too many options and it gets overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping everything centralized and tracked.
Hubspot has been helpful and easy to use for scheduling content.

The ability to schedule all types of social posts

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy HubSpot Marketing because the email editor is great and so easy to put together email campaigns that look very put together, plus the recipient lists and scheduling tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media publisher is so fickle. Its difficult to look at drafts or scheduled posts when you have multiple accounts. When you are creating a post to go to 4 different platforms and you edit one, it changes the date/time and the view to see all posts that are scheduled in list view and calendar view.

Being a once-stop provider where I can access all marketing efforts and track it back for analytics.

Its super easy to use and schedule your content as well as forecasting the future of your marketing efforts

There is nothing I dislike about using Hubspot marketing at this point and we have been using it for 2 years

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy to use and navigate, it has so many features to make our emails and landing pages have amazing designs. The creativity and custom features are endless with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of updates on the platform and frequent changes and it's hard to keep up with.

Hubspot help us hold all our customer data in one place and allows us to create assets for our various segments.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy drag and drop is for both the emails and landing pages. It's very easy to schedule emails and create your marketing calendar. The very first thing I do daily is pull up HubSpot. It's the prime of what I do and is so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more mobile optimizations for emails. It's hard for an email to look good on both email and desktop sometimes.

Sending emails and developing special offer landing pages

Marketing hub is both robust and user friendly, making it super easy to do complex work while always understanding what you're doing. I especially love the way you can test workflows ahead of time.

I do find it hard to know where to begin - I wish the academy was more approachable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can do so many things in one place. I like how you can see all of your leads in one spot, including the lifestyle stage totals, the new contacts by source totals as well as how much your blog's total views have increased. the ability to create customizable campaigns according to your lists aid organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it's kind of confusing and not super intuitive for first-time users, I feel like the workflows kind of threw me for a loop initially. You have to undergo a lot of training via Hubspot certifications to fully understand what you're doing, and unfortunately you end up paying for a lot of features you won't have enough time to fully use. I found the workflows kind of confusing to put together and having so many different facets in one place makes the experience befuddling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not solving any problems for us in particular now, as we recently canceled our membership. I did like being able to complete certifications, in a sense, because they were free and offered some good general knowledge and they are a good refresher on some technical marketing information.
