What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. From setting up campaigns to tracking performance, the platform makes everything seamless and efficient. I especially appreciate how HubSpot is consistently updating and improving the product, ensuring that users always have access to the best tools available. Whether you’re new to marketing or a seasoned professional, HubSpot makes it easy to manage and optimize your strategies. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, feature-rich marketing solution!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more intensive training resources. The beginner resources are great but I'd love something more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to streamline our operations and reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly the platform is. It truly has streamlined and enhanced our marketing program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Zoom is not seamless as we would like. Some data does not transfer over which would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a small team. We are able to do more by having HubSpot marketing hub. We also have the sales hub which provides us integrated data into how both teams are performing.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy HubSpot's ease of use and the features they provide. They have many features for you to take advantage of while still being easy to use or learn and they also have courses to help you learn certain features or topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience, HubSpot Marketing Hub can get expensive as my contact list grows, and the automation features feel a bit limited for more complex workflows. While it's great to have an all-in-one tool, it doesn't always excel in every area, and sometimes integrating with non-HubSpot tools adds extra hassle and cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me streamline social media management by scheduling and releasing posts, which saves time and keeps my content consistent. It also simplifies creating landing pages, allowing me to build them quickly without needing coding skills. Plus, I can easily create and send email campaigns, helping me engage with my audience more efficiently and track performance, all in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The Marketing Hub has completely transformed the way we operate and attract our customers. The vast amount of ai tools + templated features that are available make work life so much easier.
It's all easy to use and quick enough for a beginner to learn. We have rolled out multiple trainings to beginner hubspot users and they have seen a difference in their work and how they operate.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Everything is absolutely amazing and with the constant updates - it's always being refreshed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's completely taking the automation out of simple tasks. Instead of working against us - the system works with us and completely helps customer with leads and delighting their customers/users.

Hubspot marketing is top-of-the-line for workflow automations and email campaigns! I especially love the new AI features!

I wish you integrated more easily with our CRM that we use for our law firm.

Fantastic product with exciting new features
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and easy to start with, as well as intelligently using AI to empower team members instead of replace them. They keep adding new features that will provide real value.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bottlenecks (which seem be be addressed by their new Breeze AI) and one pain point for myself is the limits on the WordPress integration and Google Analytics. New features may continue to address these issues.

Marketing Hub helps us create content directly within our CRM solution and makes it easy to jump between functions.
Simple to use and implement
What do you like best about the product?
Creating forms and workflows with hubspot makes creating ads and generating leads super simple. We also cross-place the forms on our website for even more visibility. Looking forward to delving deeper into Hubspot's features

Sometimes styling the forms to match my website is a little difficult but we make it work

I don't have anything that I dislike, they are constantly making changes and improvements to level up their tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Streamlined, efficient way to create targeted campaigns based on existing HubSpot audience segments.

Some limitations on running conversion based campaigns based on account permissions and accessibility.

Using HubSpot as a one-stop-shop for creating and managing campaigns. Minimizes back and forth and makes the whole process more efficient.
