What do you like best about the product?
The innovations that come out year after years are always so helpful. The lead with AI and content can't be touched right now.

Different price tiers to unlock certain products and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just some features or reports are gated with the tier I'm on. Enterprise unlocks everything.

Creating one central database for both marketing and sales to use

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing is the drag and drop tool for HubSpot emails. It's easy to create a visually compelling email, preview it, and send a test email to yourself. The different layouts are also mobile-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there were parent-child relationships for campaigns. For example, if I want to see how our newly-launched blog has brought in site visitors. I can add all of the articles to the campaign, but I may also want to see how just certain articles (press releases, for example) boosted site visits. These would have to be separate campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making data easily visible between departments

I like how it's easy to use. It's streamlined and functional.

I don't have any downsides. It's so great.

Though we've not been able to implement it, I've been able to play around with the email marketing portion. It's amazing what all it allows!

Streamline and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Not as complex as other CRMs. Easily integrates with other supported apps. Most in-house functions eliminate the need for third-party platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Custom and complex reporting has limitations, so other platforms such as Tableau may be needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data driven decisions had resulted in lean campaigns with higher ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has helped us unify our marketing efforts under one roof — from attracting leads with targeted content to nurturing and converting them through personalized automation. It’s allowed our team to work more efficiently, run more data-informed campaigns, and ultimately generate higher-quality leads. The visibility into the customer journey, combined with built-in CRM data, helps align marketing and sales efforts more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot is a powerful tool, we’ve found a few areas where it doesn’t fully align with our needs as a B2C company. Some features — like lifecycle stages and lead scoring — seem more geared toward B2B workflows, so we've had to adapt them to fit a consumer journey, which isn’t always seamless.
We’ve also encountered a few limitations with certain integrations. While the platform connects with many tools, not all integrations go as deep as we’d like, which has required some workarounds.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us centralize our marketing and sales efforts, allowing us to manage multiple pipelines and better align both teams. By having shared visibility into contact activity, engagement history, and deal progression, we’re able to work more strategically and avoid miscommunication or missed opportunities.
The platform also makes it much easier to nurture leads across their entire buyer’s journey. With segmentation, automation, and personalized email workflows, we can deliver the right message at the right time — whether someone is just becoming aware of our brand or ready to make a decision. This has helped us increase lead quality, drive more conversions, and stay efficient as we scale.

What do you like best about the product?
Email marketing is user friendly and easy to compose emails with the plug and play functionality.

I wish I got more features in the starter subscription plan.

It's solving seeing who is visiting our website and which pages they visit and spend time on.
