Good for Lead Tracking, Needs Calendar Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub daily to manage inbound leads and keep our outreach organized in one place. The biggest value for me is having leads, emails, meeting links, and task follow-ups tied to the same contact record so I’m not jumping between tools.
I rely a lot on the meetings/scheduling link because I work across multiple regions and travel frequently. The ability to adjust scheduling for different time zones helps prevent mistakes and makes it much easier for prospects and partners to book time without long back-and-forth emails. It also syncs with my calendar so I can avoid double-booking.
I also like the way HubSpot makes it easy to create tasks and reminders directly from a lead/contact, which helps me stay consistent with follow-ups (especially when I have multiple conversations happening at once). The initial setup was straightforward, and getting started with the basics (contacts, meetings link, task tracking) didn’t require heavy training.
What I like best is that it's effectively replaced the need to use spreadsheets which was never a strength of mine.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main frustration for me is task navigation and multitasking. When I’m working through a list of tasks, I often need to open multiple contacts/tasks quickly, but HubSpot makes it feel like a “single-threaded” workflow. I’d prefer if I could open tasks or contact records in new tabs more easily (or have a split view) so I can review a task, check the contact history, and then continue where I left off without constantly clicking “back” to the task list.
Calendar handling could also be better for people who work across time zones. I travel and switch time zones often, and I wish HubSpot allowed more flexible scheduling rules like:
keeping multiple calendars active at once (without them cancelling each other out)
setting time-zone-based availability presets (ex: “when I’m in UAE time vs. UK time”)
having calendars automatically apply different availability windows depending on travel or working hours
Right now it’s manageable, but it takes extra manual steps to avoid scheduling mistakes when I’m moving between time zones.

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the problem of lead and follow-up tracking getting messy when you’re juggling multiple prospects and meetings. Instead of keeping leads in spreadsheets or relying on memory/email threads, I can track where each contact is in the process and make sure nothing drops.
The biggest benefit for me is workflow consistency:
I can log and track leads centrally
set tasks and reminders so I don’t miss follow-ups
schedule meetings quickly using booking links (especially across time zones)
keep a record of interactions tied to the contact so I always have context before a call

I enjoy the intuitive and easy-to-use nature of HubSpot Marketing Hub. The customer support is strong and it makes the customer experience smooth and easy. I find the email marketing, automated workflows, and reporting dashboards particularly valuable. The automated workflows free up time and improve consistency, while the reporting helps us navigate our path as a company. It's also very useful when we sync customer data, which enhances our reporting. The initial setup was easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like increased access to features at a lower tier, specifically the advanced workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes our tools, solving the issue of managing multiple platforms. It supports our email marketing, lead tracking, and automated workflows, aligns marketing with sales, aids in lead follow-up, and helps analyze data for future decisions.
Essential Tool for Marketing and Sales Teams with Powerful Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is one of the best tools to be used by Marketing, Sales, Ops and BDR teams. It comes with a bunch of integrations and automations and the platform provides customizations as well. It is easy to track status each and every lead. Reports and dashboard module provides a lot of insights. Overall, the platform is a must to have for marketing and sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit on the expensive side. Also, license downgrade is a bit difficult. Support can also be improved as sometimes the support people just focuses on upsell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses HubSpot on a daily basis. From outbound sales to inbound, everything is done and tracked in HubSpot. It is also used to send Marketing mails and run marketing campaigns. Also, now we also utilize quotes module to send order forms to our clients which is easy to track in HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great, centralised platform, with everything in oneplace with regards to lead generation and led management. having it linked ito outlook really streamlines the loging of any client engagements!
What do you dislike about the product?
It woudl be good to be able to tailor email templates a ittle more, but that's me being fussy!

the bigggest problem hubspot solves for me is a single, centralised marketing and engagement tool. Being albe to have a centralised view ofthe leads being generated by all account managers gives a real insight into how we a progressing as a business.

There's no way to reduce the unengaged list. We end up missing out on a lot of contacts

Easy to segment user, campaign design is very convenient, event the tracking user data is visual wise is also easy to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most is the 'all-in-one' nature of the platform. Having my email marketing, CRM, and social media tools in a single place eliminates the need for messy third-party integrations. The automation workflows are intuitive, allowing me to build complex lead-nurturing sequences in minutes without needing any coding knowledge.
The ease of implementation was a huge win for us; we were up and running much faster than with our previous CRM. What do you dislike about the product?
The mandatory annual contracts are a downside, as they lack the flexibility that smaller businesses might need. I also dislike how quickly the 'add-on' costs for things like additional contacts or reporting power can double your monthly bill.

Before HubSpot, our client's data was scattered across spreadsheets and multiple apps. HubSpot solves this by centralizing everything in one CRM. This has benefited us by automating repetitive follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything lives in one place... email, forms, landing pages, automation, and reporting. It saves us time and makes it easier to keep marketing aligned with sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there isn't a full integration with NetSuite; there are many custom fields we have in NetSuite that don't sync with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves a lot of the manual work around tracking leads and campaigns. Instead of juggling multiple tools, we can see engagement, lifecycle stages, and performance in one place, which helps us make better decisions and stay aligned with sales.
