Does what we need but can be a behemoth
What do you like best about the product?
The automations are effective and support our level of complexity needed on the business. Rarely any downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a robust system that can be complicated at times. Data hygiene can sometimes get the team caught out.

HubSpot can't be beat.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, and all of the tools that enable me to do my job quickly and efficiently. Workflows are essential to my job, and HubSpot makes them easy to create and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are two things I'd like to see changed.
1) I'd like them to add more than email as an identifying factor for a contact. If you have a person who is a customer for two people who need separate communications- for example a family member is signing up for a product for both of their parents, it is impossible to separate out the parents as contacts with one email address. So if they had first and last name as part of the identifier it would be helpful.
2) In the email tool, I'd like to see the folders in the main page so that I can see which emails are filed and which aren't.

HubSpot allows us to have one place to go to manage our marketing efforts- we can get reports for our activities and see results of campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, user-friendly interface. Everything I need is in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could manage YouTube and Reddit through HubSpot. I also really wish there was a social listening tool, something more powerful than the Monitor tab under Social.

Making it simpler to manage all marketing efforts in one place, uniting everything under campaigns also simplifies tracking touches with clients

What do you like best about the product?
What I'm loving so far about HubSpot is that it's integrating seemlessly with all of my tools. It takes some of the manual work out of marketing for a small business like mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike yet, but I was told the tool can get pricey.

It's helping me to streamline my marketing efforts.
When it comes to marketing, HubSpot is the only CRM I want to use (ever)

It's such a cohesive platform that you have everything you need to drive business at your fingertips. Plus it's EASY TO USE! Something other CRMs struggle with.

I believe this is changing, but the AI features are still fairly generic. I am excited to see what is to come!

I love that I can accomplish almost everything I need to do my job in one place, which helps me keep a cohesive message.
Best way to streamline your email marketing processes
What do you like best about the product?
I love how our company can streamline everything email marketing related on one platform. It's also very user friendly with a great resource department.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides is that I would like to integrate the content hub but it would change our website landing pages and we'd have to create new ones. We are working on an alternative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us understand our customer journey and where customers are disengaging with our platform or content.

Content hub is amazing but the old school email and automation tools have my vote

Marketing Hub is super intuitive. We were able to be up and running really fast to land marketing emails in customers' inboxes.

The platform is great so far, but could use some more handholding through the process at times.
