What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, sending links to coworkers of back end all development, notes, all in one

A little overwhelming at first but still learning

Amazing Environment
What do you like best about the product?
It's a really nice marketing tool with for building sending out emails. But this takes you to the next level with all the connected data for insights and segmentation from anything connected. We love it and are looking forward to what's coming next. On that, the features seam to be coming in hot non-stop!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to use our own hosted images to take advantage of, say, Cloudinary transformations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data silos. Filling in the gaps.

What do you like best about the product?
The community and excitement around HubSpot is awesome! I love participating in the user group meetings that occur monthly and multiple other opportunties. The training is engaging, plentiful, and free.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can be cost prohibitive to some organizations, especially small businesses with a small budget. Many features are add-ons and not base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is really helpful in organizing our customer data, sending emails and creating various content.
Good if you’re infrastructure is compatible

Email scheduling and workflow automation.

Reporting screens and dashboards are limited and report designs and exports are lacking.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about HubSpot is how easier it makes my days. Specially the social part that is what I use most. Simples, quick and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I post videos on instagram and the size is not correct, I can't correct it on HubSpot.

Saving time and keeping data updated.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can look at multiple areas of our marketing in one place. Having access to analytics and content makes it easier to navigate in less amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more customizable or at least easier to make customizable. I feel like I'm having to Google a lot on how to tailor it to the view I want.

Making social media analytics easy to read when I share them with the rest of our team.
Great Product for the Investment
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing email campaigns are super helpful and well put together. We enjoy using this and have helped drive attendance to many events.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting for sequences is a little bit underwhelming.

It solves the issue of marketing automation and understanding where our marketing spend goes.

I've worked in a lot of platforms but I always love coming back to hubspot. It's powerful and intuitive but has fantastic training attached to it. Anyone can use it, and if you don't know how they have the tools for you to learn

There is a lot to it. And it's growing. The more you know the more there is to learn so I can get a little overwhelming

We are using marketing hub for all out email needs. It allows us to market to a large database of contacts easily and with personalization. Building emails is easy and fast
