Best in class product - we couldn’t do business without it
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate our entire lead gen, email marketing, SMS marketing, form submissions, etc means that we can do the work of 10 marketers with a team of 2 or 3. We even had a single person managing all those things at one point.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be somewhat overwhelming for new users, the number of features, but first time users pick it up quickly. And HubSpot's resources for learning are great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything we need for digital marketing for prospective and existing clients is addressed by Marketing Hub. Without it we would not be able to conduct business

Currently our company does not have a consolidated data set or marketing structure. HubSpot is changing that for us!

Marketing hub has been key for our clients to manage their contacts data, segment, and market to their customers all in one place.

The landing and website page builder can be difficult to get used to for some clients

There is not much that I dislike about the marketing hub. It has everything I need!

Hubspot is handling scheduling for all of my social posts, making it so I don't need to go in everyday.

When helping our clients (of all sizes) -- Marketing hub has been a great recommendation. Ability to build forms for PPC pages that link to hub is a must have.

Pricing is always a worry of our clients

It can be a little expensive. However cheaper than some alternatives
