Such amazing software for a small business
What do you like best about the product?
It helped loads when I was the sole marketing person in a very, very small business.

Sometimes it was kind of confusing to on board people

Marketing Hub really does everything you need with great features for managing your website, emails, reporting and more.

It may be a little pricey for some, but definitely worth it.

Social scheduling in one place. Great report builder for custom reporting. Awesome forms.

The easiness of the flows, non revops can easily use it, user friendly and a big help since content hub was created

HubSpot is very user friendly and even when it isn't their account managers go above and beyond to help you understand and solve your problems

I think there is sometimes too much information and can be unclear how to utilize certain features like list filters

What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub makes it SO EASY to do all things marketing in one place. I've been using Hubspot for 12 years now and have tried other products but they fail in comparison to the marketing hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's something to dislike? If I had to choose it'd probably be something like the hubly buider being clunky but if you build templates up front it's not bad at all because you can drag and drop pre built sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed our landing pages to be streamlined instead of one per campaign per channel.

I love how easy Marketing hub is! I onboard colleagues within 30 minutes, becase it is so easy, even for non makreteers. Having such an intuitive platform helped me free up so much time!

Approver of draft must have an account and sign in. This is not always feasible with senior directors.

Time, easy user friendly platform, access to data

It can have bugs at times. Sometimes customer support isn't always there
