Very user-friendly and easy to send emails!
What do you like best about the product?
Quick look at analytics, forms, and real-time data. I like how everything is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve, but once you learn it, super efficient!

I can easily put together an email journey for leads.

There's occasionally some glitches that happen. Good other than that.

It's easy to use, makes sense logically to how marketers want to build content. Flexible for different use cases and needs. Automation and integration is easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the settings don't make sense, specifically controlling user access. Product can sometimes be difficult when scaling for internal comms.

Helping us create more insightful and engaging comms, automation so comms are just in time and customising to use needs

Hubspot has been an integral integration in the growth of our business. Hubspot is user-friendly and integrates with the other text stack that we’ve employed to simplify and optimize our lean and nimble company, from Lists to Landing pages.

It's difficult to pinpoint a pinpoint but having a solid integration partner would be helpful.

Marketing hub is a powerful piece of software that can be used by just about anyone. Excellent, free, comprehensive training with Hubspot products.

Haven't found a downside yet! It's a great product all-around

It's providing an easy way to collect leads, and then to communicate with those people!
The ability to adapt!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to adapt wherever we need to focus more efforts. The amount of options to automate within the system are so dynamic. Whether it’s onboarding workflows for new members or prospecting workflows that being in critical information for our sales teams. It’s extremely helpful and takes almost no time at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, nothing. Anything I cannot figure out, the chat is super helpful.

Having everything in one system. It's been so helpful to see our customers interactions compiled together.
