Not sure what we’d do without it!
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about HubSpot Marketing hub is the ability to create dashboards where I can measure so many different channels, or go in depth on specific channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it doesn't integrate with certain tools we use like Arlo

It's making our small team bigger in working power and making our jobs more efficient.

Having it all in one place and camapaign management is a breeze
It is the best platform for marketing uses out there, yet it is the most expensive by far
What do you like best about the product?
The way they integrate everything on a single streamlined process from contacts and lead qualification all the way to a proper qualified lead and the flexibility properties give you to integrate on other solutions like workflows, emails and so on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The specific updates one might need are not always addressed, especially when you have multiple accounts to manage as a single brand, not to mention the costs increase by a lot per user and brand addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email personalized tokens, and related needs such as smart rules that let you separate distinct audiences to make the right announcement or promotional to the right people.
Need more actionable resources in the hub with fewer platform changes
What do you like best about the product?
Some new reports help analyze platforms, engagement, and pinpoint trends resulting from our efforts. The social listening/reply dashboard has been helpful in reducing the number of missed conversation opportunities on our platforms. The marketing hub is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are consistent changes that don't seem to align with the true use case for marketers or get deep enough for marketers to interpret. Many reports have limitations in what they can achieve without needing to be custom-built. The social analysis dashboard changed unannounced to our marketing team one day, with several reports that aren't as meaningful to us as the previous dashboard. Would love to see the reporting capabilities go beyond high-level! Additionally, the hierarchy and placement of components live change frequently. As soon as we get familiar with one setup, we are faced with trying to find tools and features. Encourage more customer use case feedback loops before implementing siloed changes :-)

Creating a central place and detailed reporting for our platforms. Allowing us to make informed decisions backed by statistical evidence. Management across the social media team and collaboration.

The email marketing functionality is robust and allow la us to scale our business effectively and efficiently.

It would be great to see continued expansion of email marketing related deliverability metrics with additional insights to alert us to issues right away.
