What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the cross functional tracking for campaigns

The difficulty and automations that need to be created to manage the fact that contacts and companies don't play well together for some reason

Weak on social media still. Needs more reporting, scheduling, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is doing a good job innovating around AI that generates real value for the user in all of its Hubs. In Marketing Hub, generating lists and reports is easier than ever with the AI prompting

They've begun layering in intent data, which is helpful in principle but could be much a much stronger offering compared to the intent thats available

What do you like best about the product?
Running marketing campaigns is so much easier to accomplish and track results with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is currently no auto-translation function in HubSpot, limiting my ability to use the marketing hub for communicating with families.

Empowers me with easy reporting.

It's a seamless space and works well for My business. It intergrates with the synergy of B2B. My leads get closed asap!

If you aren't familiar with one platform it can be an adjustment to integrate.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that all items are easily accessible and user friendly. If I have question, there's plenty of help online to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was connected to our social accounts like HootSuite, but we are having difficulties transferring accounts over due to our own login and access issues with the social accounts.

It's solving the silo issue!

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how broad of an approach it takes, you can really live most of your marketing life in it and you'll cover most of your bases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too broad and hard to keep up with the constant updates and changes.
