What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. It's pretty easy for anyone on the team to drop in and do what they need to do. Previous to HubSpot, we used Marketo. Only one person on our team could operate the system and it was a nightmare.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to make sure your data is clean and accurate for HubSpot to be as effective as possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot brings many digital marketing tools into one system. This has made reporting on our overall channel mix much easier. Instead of pulling analytics from disconnected systems, we can look at them all in one place at the contact, deal, or account level.
Makes Marketo look prehistoric
What do you like best about the product?
I came from a background using Marketo where only 2 people actually understood (most) functions and could help navigate the site on behalf of others who needed to but felt it was easier to stick with the two super users because of how finicky it was. Hubspot marketing has been a game changer. Extremely user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like some features i need more help understanding as a newer user. I'm definitely not using enough features (yet).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy email marketing support and landing page buildouts for "dummies" which frees up our MOPS team to focus on key tasks
Masterclass in ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to use and allows me to take control over my experience, rather than being chained to an outside consultant to make even the smallest changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simple, but powerful. There are so many product updates and new releases you can get lost as they come out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting easily with my audience and allowing me to manage all my different markeitng channels in one place. I can also easily access and see my atrribution reports.
Powerful tool, room for UI improvement

I like tracking email opens and user behavior
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard customization, lead alerts, user interface is not intuitive unless your whole job is hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead collection, getting info on website usage and end-user behavior. It makes it easier to speak their language and solve their problems.

You have a whole list of features to make sure you talk to your leads. Features that help you attract and delight.

Adding more personalization would be great.
