Intuitive and Efficient All-in-One Solution

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We've essentially been able to replace multiple tools with HubSpot, which has helped us consolidate our tech stack. Compared to our previous provider, it's a lot more intuitive to use, less clunky and campaigns and flows are quicker to execute.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, it's just expensive, but that's to vbe expected with a premium tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlined a lot of our marketing processes

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Allows content to automatically be integrated with the CRM
Tracks engagement
Gives insights to outreach efforts... ie: what is more likely to engage, etc
Seems pretty easy to use (from my perspective)
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a DIRECT user, rather an observer. So I dont directly use the functions (rather, I have someone on staff to do the mechanics).
So not sure of the specific kinks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send out our newsletter and other alerts to several different lists
This solves the problem of distributing information to clients
It also solves the outreach problem

The Growth Engine We Didn't Know We Needed

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot’s main advantage is its comprehensive all-in-one ecosystem. The marketing automation workflows are highly intuitive, enabling us to nurture leads efficiently without needing to intervene manually all the time. I especially value how smoothly the landing page builder connects with our analytics, providing a clear and real-time perspective on our customer journey. It truly bridges the gap between our marketing efforts and data-driven results.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is powerful, the pricing jump from the Starter to the Professional tier is quite steep, especially when you only need one or two 'Pro' features. It’s also worth noting that as you build out more complex workflows, the UI can feel a bit cluttered, making it harder to get a 'bird's-eye view' of all active automations at once. A more modular pricing approach for mid-sized teams would be a huge plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using HubSpot, our data was scattered and disjointed. Now, with centralized account data management, our sales and marketing teams can rely on a single, unified source of truth. HubSpot has addressed the issue of lead leakage by automating follow-ups and enabling us to track precisely which touchpoints lead to conversions. This increased efficiency means our team can dedicate more time to strategic work instead of getting bogged down by repetitive administrative tasks.

Unified Marketing Platform That Transforms Team Efficiency and Data Visibility

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I'm impressed by HubSpot Marketing Hub's intuitive interface and comprehensive features that bring together all my marketing needs in one platform. The email marketing tools are robust and easy to use, allowing me to create professional campaigns without coding knowledge. I particularly appreciate the built-in CRM integration, which keeps my sales and marketing teams aligned on customer data. The analytics and reporting dashboards provide me with actionable insights into campaign performance, customer journey, and ROI. The ability to automate workflows has saved me countless hours on repetitive tasks, letting me focus on strategy instead. Additionally, the customer support team is responsive and helpful when I need assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot Marketing Hub is overall excellent, I've encountered a few challenges. The platform can feel overwhelming for new users due to the sheer number of features and options available, and the learning curve is steeper than I initially expected. Pricing can be a concern for small businesses or startups, as many advanced features require higher-tier plans. I've also experienced occasional performance issues when running large-scale campaigns or generating reports with extensive datasets. Additionally, some integrations with third-party tools could be smoother, and I wish there were more native connectors without requiring additional setup. Finally, customization options for certain reports and dashboards are more limited than I would prefer, requiring workarounds for specific business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using HubSpot Marketing Hub, I struggled with fragmented marketing tools scattered across multiple platforms, email marketing here, analytics there, and landing pages elsewhere. This disjointed approach led to poor data visibility, siloed information across teams, and significant time wasted on manual reporting and data consolidation. HubSpot solved these problems by providing a single, unified platform for all my marketing data. Now I have a single source of truth for customer interactions, campaign performance, and ROI metrics. This integration has dramatically improved my team's efficiency, we spend less time managing tools and more time creating strategic campaigns. The built-in CRM has enabled better alignment between my marketing and sales teams, leading to improved customer handoffs and higher conversion rates. Additionally, automation has freed me from repetitive tasks, allowing me to focus on creative strategy and business growth initiatives.

Effortless List Management, But Needs Better Events Features

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to manage email lists with HubSpot Marketing Hub. I don’t have to worry about exporting or importing lists to an email service because I can just select a Segment that I've created and it's there. The initial setup was very easy, and even though we spent some time creating new templates, it wasn't too hard. This ease of use really helps me focus on other tasks like emails, forms, and social media without worrying about list management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like Events. It doesn't have all of the features I would need to make it useful. We created a custom object that does this for us instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to manage email lists easily without worrying about exporting and importing. It helps me collect form responses, run automations, and schedule social media posts efficiently.

Brilliant Tool for Optimising Customer Journeys and Targeted Promotions

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a brilliant way to review the customer journey and optimise how we target certain customer types with promotions to meet their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good for others on the team to be able to demo some of the features without having to buy additional seats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without gunshot we don’t have enough intelligence of buying behaviours and customer types.

  • December 17, 2025

What do you dislike about the product?
the text messages didn't work very well for me and I had to switch to Podium
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to send automated communications. It allows me to create automations, track leads until they become customers, and have full control over the data.

Marketing tools for a small team

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There is a robust offering of tools within HubSpot marketing that allow us to execute our duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some of the UI can change without notice and impede workflow and continuity while we (re)learn the aspects of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving data segmentation, campaign asset organization, and congruity of marketing plan implementation.

Powerful Analytics, Needs Easier Setup

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for automation, marketing, lead management, and sometimes analytics. It makes everything easier with tools that help capture leads via forms, pop-ups, and landing pages. Their analytics and reporting tools are very well set up, offering comprehensive dashboards to track campaign performance and ROIs. This setup makes measurement very easy and effective. The simple user interface for basic workflows is another thing I like; it is easy to use initially.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is the main issue which caused me problems at the start because some advanced automation and reporting tools require a huge amount of time to master, especially for teams new to marketing and automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for automation and marketing, lead management, and analytics. It helps capture leads via forms, pop-ups, and landing pages, and automates data workflows. It makes everything easier and provides comprehensive dashboards for tracking campaign performance, ROIs, and measuring customer journeys.
