What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create a centralised point for all of the outbound marketing and advertising tools. Then the ability to pull all the metrics together across a contacts behaviour and digital engagement

Not much to be honest, it's an easy tobyse system

Providing a centralised location to manage all campaigns and the ability to truly measure a customer's journey

It is the most intuitive CRM I have used, and I have used a majority of competing CRMs.

Lack of intuitive reporting integrations
