HubSpot Marketing Hub is amazing for tracking emails and contacts
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is amazing for tracking email conversations and contact information. It automatically collects your emails and contact information when you send and receive emails, and you can look at it all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no downsides to HubSpot Marksting Hib for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without HubSpot, I'd have no way to keep track of email data long term. If a customer decides to reply later on, or if I'm just messaging multiple contacts a day, I can always go to the contact in HubSpot Marketing Hub and review our conversations.

Automations make this and my life so much easier. It's great!

It's not as user friendly as I want it to be.

Automations are great for scheduling workflows!

Data reporting isn't the best but the custom reports help

What do you like best about the product?
Working with HubSpot has allow me the opportunity to schedule post in advance and also track what our interns are working on!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really enjoyed the fact that I'm able to see my post scheduled in advance and then I'm able to see a preview prior to posting!

It's allowing me to track analytics that my company has yet to see!

With hubspot marketing I can find all the tools, reports and data in one place to manage my content, campaigns and generate reports to share with my team. Awesome platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there would be a pricing option between starter and pro to support growing teams without breaking the bank. Also I'd love to have custom forms next to lead gen ones in the hub
