What do you like best about the product?
It has enable me and my companies to expand our brand, products and services. Becoming best in class in our industry. As well as increased our social media footprint.

How your customer service has become more chat centric.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a small Marketing team and the HubSpot Marketing Hub is like having another team member - or three. It helps keeps us organized across the board from campaigns to blogs to landing pages to social media. Everything we need they help us with. And if we have suggestions to make processes easier, they are open to change. I recommend HubSpot to all my Marketing friends.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot going on so there can be a large learning curve. My main issue is with importing contacts and making sure all the data is connecting contacts to companies, for example. There is a ton of setup that needs to happen before imports that takes up a good chunk of my time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media scheduling! Love the calendar feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub has great source reporting for marketing attribution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive for SMBs. Would love more plan options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing hub makes it super easy to push out marketing campaings and get attribution reporting on campaigns.

Best marketing automation tool as well. Workflows have endless enrollment options.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's so easy to use. As a new member in my company I joined and had not used HubSpot before. It was nice to get a quick demo from a coworker and immediately know what I needed to do and where.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little glitchy. Recently my login screen has been taking longer/having to reload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making content management easier!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been huge for our growing email channel. We can have all communication for both B2B and B2C channels in one place. The usability is the best we’ve experienced after using 2 other email platforms in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from smaller platforms, it can be a lot to wrap your head around how robust hubspot is.
