What do you like best about the product?
Enjoy using the email marketing hub for abm events and campaigns. Easy to use and efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
Any errors that we have had are mostly user errors and quick fixes! Nothing to note.

It's solving the problem of having to manually send emails for our events and organizing the nurture

What do you like best about the product?
As a Head of Marketing I am consistently managing a million things. What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how it brings everything together in one place, making my job a lot easier. The platform is super user-friendly, so I can see our campaign execution and performance with minimal hassle. The automation features save my team tons of time, and the analytics give me great insights for making data-driven decisions. Plus, HubSpot I love that Hubspot is always updating and improving the product, so I can trust that I’m using tools that are constantly getting better. The integrations with other tools and CRM systems also help keep our systems aligned with our business goals. Overall, it’s a reliable choice for managing marketing efforts effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that, while the frequent updates are a huge pro, they can sometimes make me feel like I’m in frequently in “onboarding” mode. It can be challenging to keep up with all the new features and changes, which means I occasionally have to spend extra time getting familiar with updates instead of focusing on my marketing strategies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me tackle the common problem of coordinating multiple marketing channels effectively. With so many platforms to manage—social media, email campaigns, and content marketing and more—it can be overwhelming to keep everything aligned. HubSpot centralizes all these efforts in one platform, allowing my team to create, manage, and analyze campaigns seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot marketing hub allows us to manage over a dozen brands in a seamless fashion. We can easily switch between business units, collaborate across brands and integrations!

I wish there was the ability to edit emails via app

Need better reporting. It's not robust.!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing platform (with the CRM) allows us to track our contacts and reach them easily and as frequently as they would like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duplicates are difficult to identify and manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows non-markerting colleagues to draft emails and contribute to the marketing content our marketing team produces.

I like having all of my contacts, data and notes in one space. It allows me to easily track and organize conversations and updates with clients.

I wish there was more AI integration. Or AI assistance

HubSpot's Marketing Hub is extremely user-friendly and straightforward. It's easy easy to find what to edit, what to create, and what to improve based on analytics.

I would love more training offerings on all of the new and improved experiences.

The fact that all of our data is kept in one place. Our company uses a variety of platforms, but HubSpot makes it easy.
