The best thing about the Marketing Hub is the ability to view and understand your analytics. The easy-to-use platform allows our teams to seamlessly integrate data into our everyday campaigns and planning.

Integration into Salesforce can sometimes be difficult

Marketing Hub allows my team to connect lead gen activities to real time data dashboards. This gives us the insight into meaningful actions so we can make informed decisions.

Some of the features are challenging to locate.

Scheduling social media or sending mass emails has never been easier. Marketing Hub allows me to do things efficiently and effectively!

Can I say nothing? I would like to see AI capabilities go a little further

Keeping content organized. Marketing Hub provides easy scheduling and content creation so the whole team can be on the same page

We love how easy it is to use and comprehensive if you are training yourself. I really like the automations you can do and the tracking you can see for analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the support tickets I wish I could talk to a live person to resolve issues quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, event registration, tracking contacts and accounts. It's been helpful to see all this information and ease of use with forms.

The report templates are limited depending on the version you have (professional vs enterprise)

Understanding the website pages where leads convert by filling out our contact form. This benefits my company because we know which pages are performing best.
