One of the better marketing platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I love that with marketing hub you are easily able to create workflows, emails, and landing pages that are all connect together so I have a seamless experience for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had a better understanding of the reporting and creating reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to easily communicate with customers and share a message across platforms.

It's very user friendly and lets me organize things how I want

Lists can be tedious to make there should be a copy past option for filters

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool for the business. I love how easily I can connect with people and how I can see the insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning some features were hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before it was really hard to see all the customers data, now I can have all in one place and it's easier to plan the next marketing campaigns.

Tying multiple assets to campaigns to be able to report on ROI across efforts.

The file functions are a bit limited to manage.

Saves a great amount of time and manual efforts in report building.

Intuitive and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place saves time vs using multiple platforms. It also provides insights in one place since everything is connected. It's quick and easy to spin up landing pages and for marketing teams the environment is simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't have the same bells and whistles as other individual tools.

Allowing a team to manage everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Marketing Hub is a one stop shop for managing all of my content and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hubspot CRM integrated with my company's loyalty program.

Sometimes is a little confusing (but just at the beginning), and the personalization of landing pages.

Perfect mix of tools
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has helped us dramatically, grow our business by knowing exactly where we need to make investments and how those investments perform. Overtime they continue to add to the platform, which makes it much easier to do what I need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface gets a little bit crowded, but it usually gets worked out in another revision. We've been with HubSpot for 15 years, so that kind of tells you how much we care about it.

Attribution and ensuring I know where my investments are going and how to capitalize on them.
Fantastic for Growth
What do you like best about the product?
I like the marketing hub because it is the most sophisticated and compelling way to organize marketing assets as well as my teams plan. Once it's up, it's like having a huge digital sandbox at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was cheaper. It can be an overwhelming expense some months.

It helps my business keep tabs on all of our activities and also helps with version control of marketing and sales collateral.
