What do you like best about the product?
I find email tracking helpful. Especially knowing who is opening what and what links are doing best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only receive notifications on my phone and it can be confusing as to who actually opened up an email. I don't need to know if I opened and clicked. I have to login on my desktop every time I have to open outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Who is opening what emails, which emails are successful and how many clicks/opens our links are getting.

How user friendly it is! All the available video training.

Nothing comes to mind. Maybe how it integrates with SF.

It helps with emailing our customers in bulk and shows us our analytical data.
It's good but hard for a small team to support

I like the ease of designing emails and implementing automation.

there's still a lot I don't know, I think it's not as easy to learn as people claim. There's a lot to the platform.

It helps with emails blasts, creating attractive content, and communication with prospects/clients.

Tracking analytics and reporting is simplified.

Social media reporting. Bar charts make it difficult to visualize trends over time.

There's no better tool for this value. The continued development and updates are ahead of anyone else in the space.

Nothing it's fantastic! The only thing that would be great is on a form to have the condition to go to the end of the form.

Automation so that teams do not have to have manual processes.

I love being able to post social to multiple platforms all at once and choosing set times and days for each platform. I find both the calendar and list view of what I have scheduled for upcoming social super helpful in different circumstances.

Sometimes the social scheduler doesn't allow me to post a video or #of photos I want
