What do you like best about the product?
The dedicated customer support 24/7. Literally a life changer as an admin at a small nonprofit with limited resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to connect tickets, custom objects, and active lists to campaign took.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is relatively easy to pick up, but almost infinitely scalable. The education and training resources available are top notch and well respected across the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty expensive for smaller organizations. But the free tiers will get you most of the way there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation and nurtureing with email and landing pages. Automations make it easy to pass data cross systems.

Nothing at all, and the recent launch of Breeze and associated updates makes processes seamless from both a marketing and sales perspective.

Marketing Hub allows you to quickly and easily create marketing campaigns encompassing all forms of outreach, track conversions and attribution, and effectively grow your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some slight disconnects between Sales Hub capabilities (like sequences) and marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub allowed us to relieve constraints in our marketing capabilities, increasing our agility to market quickly.

HubSpot's social media features are fantastic! The scheduling tool is incredibly easy to use, allowing me to plan and automate posts across multiple platforms. I love how I can track engagement metrics and performance in one place, making it easy to adjust strategies and see what's working. The ability to monitor mentions and conversations in real time also helps keep our team on top of trends and customer interactions. HubSpot makes managing social media streamlined and efficient!
