Amazing all in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
It centralizes all the things my marketing team needs, from email to data and reports and list building and workflows and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues with it at all. It's working well for our needs

Hubspot manages all our emails, marketing automation, and reporting

We were able to growth our community and audience by using the tools as blogs and content generator, our social media team loves the control of our content.

The AI agent can be better with their proposals.

The analytics of our marketing actions, our social media engagement
Quick and easy
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has the best training videos that got my team up and running quickly. We now have several automations that are up and running. They also have world class account management and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The apis can still be improved and campaign functionality needs to grow

Automating sends that used to take a long time to do manually

I love how easy the platform is for beginners but also very rewarding for experienced markertors

I wish there were better templates for building out ideas

Intuitive enterprise solution
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub interface is intuitive to use for digital marketers. HubSpot also offers a lot of great HubSpot academy classes for users who are new to the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Oftentimes, there might be small product features missing (nothing major, but more like a wish list). I find that the HubSpot community is a great place to post and upvote ideas. Sometimes it takes time for new ideas to be implemented but the Hubspot team is reading the posts. I only wish it took faster to implement new ideas and get status updates if the idea was approved.

The team is extremely helpful and available when needed. There are many resources to expand your marketing skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing as of now that I dislike about Hubspot Marketing Hub.

Tracking contacts and leads, tracking analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the innovation, ease of use and ability to integrate with other systems we use as an organization. Their customer support is always available to help troubleshoot quickly when problems arise. Absolutely worthwile for marketers!

Sometimes when they change the navigation, there's a bit of a learning curve to get used to the new layout.
