Hubspot keeps us organized

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it easy to track our customers and stay in contact, allowing us to continue growth and retention in the easiest way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I run into a lot of basic functionality bugs, but they're in progress :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer lose track of potential candidates!

What do you like best about the product?
You can do so much with the information you have. I can set up lists and subscription types, send out emails to segmented groups of people, create landing pages and blog posts, and so much more. And the dashboard reports are invaluable. The key data I need is right there when I log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are bugs that eventually get fixed. And customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a rockstar, sometimes you get someone who is not speaking on the same level as you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping us find what interests our prospects. It also helps us target specific people who ahow interest in our products.

There is nothing I dislike about it! It's the best platform I've used for what I need it for.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate HubSpot's flexibility with managing social platforms as well as providing AI generated content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the ads center is difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having more flexibility with our customer journey emails and what we are able to track within form submissions to the contact record.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has changed how we market to our audience. It's easy to use and has simplified our workflows saving us time and enhancing our GTM strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
The Marketing Hub enables us to communicate in a meaningful way with our customers. Instead of shareding generic information, we are enabled to communicate to the customers based on their experiences with us and their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is getting a little messy if several people are creating templates. It would be nice to have an easier way to manage different accounts to keep the overview clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting several touchpoints online, analyzing user behaviour and sending out valuable information

What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use including for those who are not super tech-savvy. Powerful analytics and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI capabilities need some work, they are not yet in line with other AI tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the majority of our marketing tech stack needs - account / customer data, lead management, campaign tracking and attribution, email, socials, analytics. Makes us more effective and efficient.

A Must-Have Hub for Data-Driven Content Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub has changed the way I approach content marketing, organic social, and data analytics. Being able to strategize, create, implement, and analyze the performance of our content in a single place has improved our efficiency and given meaning to our content strategy. We can justify our efforts to leadership, plan our next move, and constantly improve our marketing because of the AI tools, data dashboards, and versatile publishing tools in Marketing Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility for bulk editing or scheduling social media posts when they are in drafts, and I wish more modules/page flexibility were built into the base-level blog editor so it mirrored the landing page editing experience, but with such a robust partner marketplace and integrations, it's not too big a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves a data gap in marketing reveue attribution and streamlines our content distribution.
