What do you like best about the product?
I love that we have a central source of truth for social, email, and website management. We can track campaigns and prove ROI. Dashboard features allow us to accurately communicate measurable metrics to leadership who don't understand marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more tools to bulk schedule social.

Owning the marketing for our business

A great way to consolidate products

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that my marketing team is able to use all of the marketing tools we need in one platform. We don't need to switch tools constantly to send emails, update our website, and create landing pages for events. It's truely everything we need in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say I dislike that we can't send out transactional emails without adding an addon for the platform. I wish it was more cost effective to upgrade to gain the tool to send notifications to our clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create a consistent user experience throughout the custmer journey.

Should have moved over sooner!

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using the marketing hub for about 9 months now and wish we moved sooner. Being able to have everything we need, for our entire team, at their fingertips is invaluable. If we need to load files, or update files, we can do so and everyone has access. If we need to update sequences or specific playbooks or messaging - we can do that easily, and everyone is always on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes users get confused between files and documents and where to look for what. Also, file folder structure needs a few extra sorting/searching features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage all of our processes in one system, from finding and assigning leads to the outbound process of our sales team, and being able to have everything they need to be successful in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, innovative and data-driven. Everything a marketer needs. Easy to use and implement with multiple software.
What do you dislike about the product?
If this was a year ago, I would have said a few things. But with all the new releases I am just trying to play catch up with all the new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining the lead journey and allowing my sales team to understand their current clients more through our marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use for the end user. Very configurable and agile

Nothing to mind right now. all shortfalls come from my lack of knowledge, rather than the solution itself being limiting etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a huge variety of tools for reporting and a fairly simple interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that it's difficult to get the support needed. Tech support calls in the past have been impossible and finding an article in the help section is very frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to track pages users have visited on our site before contacting them.
