HubSpot: A really cool one-stop shop for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how user friendly the platform is, and how seamless it is to implement and integrate with other platforms. I use it every day, mainly for email marketing, so it's important to me that it's well integrated and that I can build things out directly. Building emails is really simple, and there's so much room for customization. Customer support has also been great, we have a dedicated CSM who proactively reached out to me and it's been great working with her.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only complaint I have is that sometimes I can't customize the reports as much as I'd like to. I would like certain metrics such as unique marketing emails sent instead of total emails, for example, but I haven't been able to figure that out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of how to better integrate channels and pull different metrics, and how to make email marketing simpler. It saves me a lot of work and a lot of time by making it easy to build and send emails, and automate workflows.
Extremely valuable tool!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has so many great features that have enabled us to increase our lead generation, enabled us to effectively manage our marketing events, develop brand awareness activities and more. Their customer support has been fantastic, always quick to respond and there is a huge library of resources when it comes to understanding features. The ability to track data alongside your CRM and set custom properties is a game changer for understanding the customer journey through the funnel!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features we don't use but they are still great features we just don't have a need for them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to map the customer journey and driving lead generation. The ability to maintain visibility over that data and easily setup automation's workflows and landing pages is brilliant!

so far I had a great experince, nothing i dislike but the product I am sure will evolve and get bettter.

It is super organized, allowing you to work seamlessly across teams, track pipeline flow easily, and integrate with popular tools.

Setting up can be challenging with a bit of a learning curve, impacting the access to important properties.

Powerful Tool, but Integration Issues
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a powerful platform that makes managing campaigns and tracking results a breeze. The automation features are top-notch and have really helped streamline our marketing processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot has a lot going for it, we’ve had ongoing issues with integrating it with our PSA (Professional Services Automation) system. The connection never worked quite right, which has been frustrating and limited some of the potential we were hoping to unlock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has really helped streamline our marketing efforts, making it easier to manage campaigns and track performance. It’s been particularly beneficial in automating repetitive tasks, freeing up more time to focus on strategy and client engagement.
Solid CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've only used Hubspot for email tracking, but will use it for additional features as my company grows. What I do like is the simplicity and functionality of creating contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't like that when an email gets flagged as spam that it counts as being opened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track who is opening my emails.
Great tool for scaling businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Will have most features that scaling businesses need and most businesses won't even use it to its full potential. Integrates with most things so provides scalability as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The report building and the way data can viewed/filtered is limiting. It will serve most use cases but businesses with dedicated marketing insights professionals may struggle to easily get the data they need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides good visibility into how prospects are engaging with business both at contact level as well as intent signals coming from account level
Is HubSpot Worth It?
What do you like best about the product?
Its comprehensive yet simple to use. Assist in streamlining leads and also helps me optimize my campaigns and achieve better results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects are a but tedious but just a minor drawback, all is great once you train and get used to using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its actually a game-changer for us in the sales and marketing team, streamlining lead management and automation, and ultimately improving our overall efficiency and results to get more clients ultimately.
