Everything a marketer needs!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use! We create active and static lists to segment our huge database to create targeted and relevant emails. The marketing email builder allows us to tailor each email to the individual. This allows us to scale our marketing efforts with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, it really has everything we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creates a cohesive and consistent experience for our customers. Automates touchpoints along the customer lifecycle, and enables our sales teams to focus on meaningful activities.
Robust business solution
What do you like best about the product?
The automation is really well thought out. There are some great ways to interact with related data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hubspot pricing modal is complex and adds up quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will use more of the features but the main reason we are currently using it is for the workflow component which we need for other modules in the platform.

Good software! But, Don't Go It Alone!
What do you like best about the product?
The software is extremely comprehensive and effective... IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING. Otherwise, its like throwing money out the window!
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is complex and confusing to use, and the videos—although somewhat helpful—need to address this complexity. They are videos, so they are extremely general!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing at the moment. We plan to use it soon, so I havent canceled the subscription. But, if we werent going to get help to use it soon I would have terminated the subscription until we were closer to launch.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create onboarding flows and understand details regarding clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit difficult to get in touch with integration partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are tracking the different client/partners on our platform. We are also trying to understand where these partners are at in our onboarding flow.
Great Core Software for any service business
What do you like best about the product?
hubspot is great at linking email, calls, text, and all other forms of communication together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that they had more piecemeal packages for specific features, but it's a small nitpick as no other software even comes close insofar as features.

it lets us keep track of our clients at scale so we can grow faster.

Good layout, easy to get started and customise.

Some things are not in the most obvious of places.

Marketing Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for our marketing team to concentrate on what matters most to them, getting our message out and getting leads back to our sales team. The integrations are easy to manage, customer support has been great to respond to our needs, and the implementation was quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Salesforce integration could be better, but after investing a little bit of time and strategy into it, it's working well enough for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is providing a solution to giving our marketing team a powerful marketing solution, but for a much lower cost of ownership compared to our previous platform. It's benefiting me by requiring less of my time to manage and administrate, while not taking away any of the features our marketing team desired or needs to leverage for our business.
Customizable CRM to Stay on Track
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot enables you to customize the platform to best suit your needs without having to have any sort of coding knowledge. It's pretty easy to use once you have your account set up the way you want it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found the tutorials housed within HubSpot to be super helpful. The YouTube page is much more helpful. I wish HubSpot gave you a dedicated account exec who could answer simple how-to questions like some of our other products do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot primarily for tracking sales pitching and tracking pitches through our sales funnel.
