What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a powerful marketing solution with many customizable options. They have great support and reach out proactively on a quarterly basis to check in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the workflows are challenging to get the hang of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot gives us the ability to market to our clients, report on the activity and great automated processes.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very intuitive system with a clear interface making use easy. The academy and help centre is great and the chat support are always really helpful in guiding you to use the platform as effectively as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the free tools and lower package options are great, the next package jump us is quite a leap financially so it can be limiting for start ups or small businesses with limited budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us manage our marketing contacts and build landing pages, forms, and newsletters with analytics built into the platform. It's also great for logging our B2B contacts and potential leads and partner opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to have so much functionality in one platform to help cut costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not the best guidance for using all of the tools that you have available to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having the ability to make landing pages natively there is not the need to purchase extra services that you would have to look into connecting to hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales professional who's been in the trenches for over a decade, I've seen my fair share of CRMs and sales tools. But HubSpot? It's been a game-changer for me.

HubSpot streamlined my entire sales process. Gone are the days of juggling multiple spreadsheets and post-it notes. Now, I have a clear view of my entire pipeline in one place. The mobile app is a lifesaver - I can update deal statuses or log calls right after a meeting, no matter where I am.

The email tracking feature has been invaluable. Knowing when a prospect opens my email or clicks a link helps me time my follow-ups perfectly. And the templates? They've saved me hours of typing the same messages over and over.

But what really impressed me was the integration with our marketing team. I now get notified when a lead engages with our content, allowing me to reach out at just the right moment. This alignment has significantly shortened our sales cycle.

For any sales pro out there feeling overwhelmed or stuck, I'd say give HubSpot a shot. It's not just about making your job easier (though it does that too) - it's about selling smarter and more effectively. And in this industry, that's what it's all about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has it been all smooth sailing? Not quite. The learning curve was steeper than I expected, and sometimes there's almost too much data to sift through. But the payoff has been worth it. My close rate has improved by 20%, and I've hit my quota every quarter since we started using HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the feature in which the contacts are recognized and contact information is automatically embedded into the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting to my emails. Its a me thing. I do wish there was a simple inbox button rather than it be under another title. But thats simply me being accustomed to that feature on other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alot of buttones and I need it more simple. But I also need to watch the turotials more.

What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of Marketing Hub is having all of your marketing data in one dashboard. This feature alone saves tremendous time. The Email tool is really well designed and makes it easy to manage email campaigns. Marketing Hub was easy to set up. The instructions and tutorials are all very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One down side to HubSpot is that as a small business, we would like to utilize elements from each hub. We are forced to choose a hub such as marketing or sales over operations. Having access to multiple hubs under one subscription would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tying our CRM data to our marketing activities saves us time and helps us keep on top of critical marketing data.

What do you like best about the product?
Email go to potential customers as genuine emails from me and Im able to get all sorts of detailed analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
Limit of 1000 contacts per month for the starting subscription base. Sure keep the 1000 limit but let me change within the 1000
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to multiple contacts without emails going to Spam. This helps in realistic anlytics
