Ease of use = Better communication
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and simple menus. The new bookmarks are key to quickly finding my most used apps. We came over from Salesforce and the ease of use and Customer Service is tremendously upgraded. Response time to help tickets is terrific and user self help articles are well written.
Also the automated workflows are helping us connect faster with clients and engaging them in conversations within minutes during working hours. This encourages our entire team to be engaging with the platform all day long vs our prior experience where the sales team barely used Salesforce due to poor work flow.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty well pleased with the whole platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automates incoming leads and gets the sales team engaged with customers faster leading to higher conversion rates.

Hubspot is easy to navigate and makes tracking simple so you can easily stay on top of tasks and client needs.

Sometimes it can be slow to load when a high volume of users are on.

Makes it easy to plan out future posts and keep track of those already posted.
Best app to control revenue generation
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to set up and gives you a complete view about all your marketing efforts. Transition btw marketing and sales is pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to understand user settings. Also some linkedin ads are not supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can track all my marketing campaigns in one space, can see the analytics and leads very easily
The best CRM and Marketing Tool I've Ever Used
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot Marketing Hub is their ease to use interface and multiple options like form, landing page, integration with other platforms and so on. We've been using it more frequently for almost all of our clients. This made our work a lot easier. Even the implementation is so easier that we never ever required to contact the support team since last 5 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never seen anything to dislike about it. Everything is good about HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're having a lot of difficulties in managing leads and different contacts coming from different advertising campaigns. Ever since we started using HubSpot, all the manual works got automated and we hardly have to do anything on that. It easily integrates with advertising platforms and helping us do offline conversion imports, evaluating lead quality. Not only that, it also help us engage with the sales team to track the sales funnel.
Dead easy to implement into organisation
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use, no unnecessary checkboxes, good automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
pricing ;) out of all CRMs that I've used before, HubSpot has always been the most user friendly. When they roll out new features, they don't forget that their base features have to be solid first, which I feel a lot of CRM companies do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it gives me a great overview of the target audiences, cutting through opinions and focusing on the data that comes from actual customer interactions instead
You have to put the effort in but then it reaps rewards
What do you like best about the product?
The reminders make sure you don't let someone drop. Easy to use. Integration with Outlook is great, works both ways. There are lots of videos to help you get set up. We haven't needed to use customer support. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any CRM, it feels like hard work at the beginning getting going with it. It could be a bit more user-friendly (but it has to be a complex system so you can scale) that you do get used to. It gets a bit pricey - we'd like to do more with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all my client account info in one place. The benefit is that I can easily keep nurturing good prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating great websites on HubSpot is simplified with the vast selection of templates. The fact that you can have your CRM and CMS in one platform streamlines a lot of tasks and ensures simple data collection. HubSpot support is alwys very helpful and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
Key automation and workflow features are only available in the Professional and Enterprise bundles which are a lot more expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is helping have a centralized CMS and CRM platform that are integrated. This helps to simplfy a lot of processes as everything falls within the same platform. The ease of use allows users to always feel comfortable while navigating the platform.

As a small business owner it is great to be able to use tools to punch about our weight and reach our target audience.
HubSpot Marketing Hub did exactly this. We were able to produce a newsletter and send this to a subset of our CRM, ensuring that it was targetted to them. We were able to get back useful metrics allowing us to improve our newsletters to make them more readable and add call to actions.
We were really pleased with how this turned out and are planning regular newsletters, building on this sucess.

No real dislikes. It was straight out of the box - helpful and made a massive change to our work.

We are able to communicate with our CRM list, sort and seperate them and communicate at thier level.
