Great for lead generation but steep price increases to add in more features

What do you like best about the product?
I have a Wordpress site for my small business - as a tour operator - and hubspot does a great job as a CRM integrating social media advertising and communication channels and allowing me to send out mail shots. Its a one-stop shop at a reasonable price for the lower tiers that was really easy to implement. I use it multiple times a day both on the website and the app. I haven't needed much customer support but when I have they've helped me out quickly and efficiently over chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot seem to want to discourage small businesses from adding on some of the more advanced features by having very steep pricing tiers. From a few tens of dollars a months, it quickly jumps to a few hundreds of dollars a month. I also need RTL features for my marketing emails and these don't exist so I have to use Mailchimp for this and always have a feeling that open rates for mails i send on Mailchimp are higher than those on Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a small business trying to do great things with very few resources. It allows me to do high level marketing, crm and analytics with minimum effort/time.

Great platform that makes working together easier

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that each department can work together and all information is in one spot. From sales to marketing to reporting.

HubSpot has so many tools and new features that launch as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it becomes much more expensive as you get more and more marketing contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes getting things done easier. Really good with email marketing and creating landing pages

What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot to love about Marketing Hub (and HubSpot in general) but my favorite thing is how well interconnected everything is.

I'm a photographer, and I needed a tool that let me manage relationships quickly and efficiently. I run my newletter, 1 to 1 emails, track deals, and send invoices.

I've tried many different tools to manage these items and have come crawling back to HubSpot every single time. The user experience here is excellent! The landing page builder is handy when I need a quick registration form or want to promote an event.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little pricy, but I feel the benefits are worth the user experience and overall capabilities. I really only need HubSpot.

I would like to see some improvements like:
- deeper integrations with other payment gateways
- adding options for different service packages on quotes
- (stretch goal) on mobile, the HubSpot keyboard, should jest be its own keyboard. Maybe integrate chatSpot into the keyboard and keep a shortcut for snippets/docs/etc easily available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By being the one login in need to manage all my client relations. From prospecting and making deals, delivering the final product, and back around to re-engagement with customers. It's my one ring to rule them all

What do you like best about the product?
I recently used HubSpot Marketing, and I’m truly impressed. The marketing videos were informative, offering alot of tips that I’ve found invaluable. One of the impressive features for me is how HubSpot logs everything for me. It keeps track of all my activities and interactions, which makes managing campaigns so much easier. The ability to save email templates, send email blasts, and utilize filters has streamlined my workflow and enhanced my productivity. Overall, HubSpot Marketing has been a game-changer, making my marketing efforts more efficient and effective. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point! It has been clear and helpful!

Far superior to the competition

What do you like best about the product?
From ease of use to reliability, Hubspot is the best option for small and medium sized businesses. It scales with your brand, integrates beautifully with other systems and martech, gives leaders governance over sensitive content, and has an amazing - possibly the best I've experienced - customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing the layout of the tools a little too frequently for my liking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Far and away it has become our souce of truth for data. We've added products - super easy - and we track users pre-funnel straight through sale into CSM. We know the LTV and CAC for our clients and it was painless.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is -- in my opinion -- the absolute standard when it comes to CRM tools and marketing automation. It's robust, with lots of features, and the team is always improving and tinkering to make it better, more powerful, and up-to-date with the latest trends and regulatory requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any uber powerful, totally customizable tool, there is a bit of a learning curve to HubSpot Marketing Hub, and it will take some time and resources to get it up and running properly. You'll also want to be making adjustments to fine tune the process and flow of things.

That said, once it is, you'll be reaping the rewards. HubSpot also has a literal library of training as well to help you and your team navigate things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The marketing automation aspect is very helpful, so I can create an auto email sequence with specific workflows that saves me time every day. It also prevents things from falling through the cracks because I didn't have a chance to send an email that my workflows now handle.

Improved Productivity With Great Tools and Outstanding Support

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has all the tools to manage, track, and log my activity, and those with who I engage. It has a great email template builder, landing page, and website builder. I especially love the phone dialer (only available with a paid subscription).
What do you dislike about the product?
The standard website and landing page builder could have better templates. Although, I tend to build from scratch. The appointment scheduler has all the comments but does not allow multiple people to book a time for an event like a workshop. There is a moderate learning curve, but it's worth the effort.
The pricing gets a little steep for the pro versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me be more productive and track and log my activity, and created related taskes.
