A good
What do you like best about the product?
It's the perfect tool for managing and keeping up with your customers. A customer might want to be ready and contacted only after 6 months, if you're not using a tool like this it's very likely you'll miss it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't let you import contacts that you haven't previously contacted, and the premium automation features cost a bit too much!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer management. We don't forget customers so easily and can leverage that for more profit.
Tons of power in the free tier; even more on the Starter Tier
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use drag and drop email design makes creating emails so much easier than coding them up in React Email. Love the click tracking and automatic utm parameter creation when sending out marketing emails so that I have attribution for actions taken within the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real automation features. You can do simple automation like send a single reply to a mailing list signup, but that's about it. To get access to workflows and true email campaign ability, you need to upgrade to Pro tier for ~$800 / month. That price point for automation is too high for a company my size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub makes it easy to setup email campaigns, schedule them, then track their results. Since the CRM is directly tied to my company's email accounts and website, we have high confidence that most visitors on our website or leads we are working in email are getting captured and added to various email lists.
I would be able to continue my business without it (dramatic but true)
What do you like best about the product?
The ticket system with tickets moving automatically between the pipeline has been a game changer for my business. I run a business where everything is customised. So every order requires artwork to be completed and approved by the customer before moving into production. Each order has at least two emails. It was getting out of control. The amount of time wasted checking to see who had to responded, who needed to be followed up, who had approved the artwork, had I even sent the artwork for that order? Now have 50+ open orders (absolute nightmare).
I trialed A LOT of systems. They were either way too expensive for where I was at or they didn't integrate with BigCommerce or they didn't have the nice Kanban view that moved tickets through the pipeline. I had given up but found Hubspot. Thank goodness. I connected using Pabbly and now evertime an order is placed in BigCommerce it creates a ticket. I know at a glance, whose order I still need to do artwork for, when I'm waiting for a customer to get to me, and when the customer is waiting on me. I really couldn't live with out. It's enabled me to scale and have more time to concentrate on new products and brining in new business.

I wish there wasn't such a large jump in pricing. I'm starting to see how I could use other features of Hubspot, however, the jump from the initial price to the next level is substantial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned previously the way it allows me to manage my eCommerce orders is an absolute game changer. Now that I have it all running smoothly I will be able to hire someone remotely to do the artwork which will save me a week a month. That's an extra week I can use to market my business, add new products, focus on building, etc. It has save me sooooo much time and reduced mistakes to an absolute minimum. I have all my responses, etc as templates and people often compliment me and my order updates.

Hubspot has been a breeze to learn and adapt. I love how organized and easy the program is to navigate through!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes uploading with the correct columns is confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The eaze of having all information in one centralized location. Love the email features but wish it was more customizable.
Leaves a lot to be desired compared to newer CRMs
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a superhuman integration; it's not perfect, but allows for tracking each email in a side window.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not intuitive and difficult to customize. For instance, a VC fund would use HubSpot very differently from a startup, yet the initial setup is the same for both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) having all contacts in one place alongside email logs + tasks

Love Hubspt! Seriously upping my sales, and it's more fun now too
What do you like best about the product?
I looove this little app. It notifies me every time someone opens an email, so I know exactly when to follow up, or if my efforts are even making waves! I've discovered some serious info through this- like cold emailing a celebrity, and it turns out they've opened that email a couple times! Once I see that second or third email open, I send a follow-up, and voila, sometimes thats when I get that golden response!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more intuitive. There are a lot of features I know I'm missing out on because I just don't know how to use it. I am a bit of an impatient person though - YotTube might help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are making it super easy to see the results of my marketing efforts in this specific way. I also love scheduling emails with them.
Excellent for Small or Large Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and integration as long as team member has decent IT experience/knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need someone at least familiar with IT/techy stuff to set up.

Managing the list of our clients along with "tickets" that track all of our interactions with them.
Very powerful well integrated platform

It's very easy to setup and get going. Perhaps it's best feature is its native integration with the other HubSpot modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having contacts unsubscribe can be problematic later if they decide to engage the sales team.

Best CRM to manage complete lifecycle of leads
What do you like best about the product?
Custom dashboard, Reporting features, and ease of use. Hubspot provides a complete plan to improve domain health and improve deliverability in case the domain health is low.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is high. Sometimes the reporting shows irrelevant data as well just like any other CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is providing us a one-stop-shop solution to manage the complete lifecycle of leads, from managing inbound lists, creating and sending campaigns, Managing threads, Calling and closing deals without using any external services.
Easiest and simplest experience period
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried many other CRMs and Hubspot takes the cake! It's seamless, easy to use and it's features make it beyond smooth to do any activity needed. I also love the amount of integrations it has and all of these things are important to me becasue I use this every day. It's one of those programs that you're happy to pay for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I would say is the email side of Hubspot is not as user friendly so I always end up using gmail with the Hubspot extension which is a life saver.

I lve having all my customers in one place, easily visible with all the relevant information to them in one spot, easy to see and super accessible.
