It is very easy to manage and setup.

Less customizable as the coding setup is pretty hard in hubspot

The quick and easy integrations, which are usually some simple clicks save alot of time integrating using coding

Good features, needs some work
What do you like best about the product?
Easy drag tool for email creation, can make emails look fairly good without much design needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Small bugs with texts and visuals. For some reason when you create certain paragraphs even though they look good in the preview editor, once sent through an actual email there's some weird spacing, I've also had issues where I couldn't get certain text to center properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lets me easily create bulk emails for our clientbase. Allows me to generate fast customer engagement with large open rates.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and a great community of experts to help when you get stuck

I feel the pricing is a little high and the bundles are not always logical

I have multiple businesses so keeping the contacts separate and running different campaigns has been much easier

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has the basic functionality for marketing purposes. We are able to navigate around pretty easily as the UI is simple and user friendly.It combines a wide range of marketing tools into one platform, including email marketing, social media management, SEO tools, blogging, lead management, analytics, and more. This integration helps streamline marketing efforts. HubSpot provides robust marketing automation features, such as email workflows, lead nurturing, and personalized content.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can be expensive, especially for small businesses or startups. The more advanced features and higher-tier plans can quickly add up in cost. While HubSpot offers customization options, they can be limited compared to other platforms. Users with very specific needs might find it challenging to tailor the platform exactly to their preferences. While the basic features are user-friendly, some of the more advanced tools and integrations may require a deeper learning curve and time investment to master. Customer support is not solid for basic subscriptions.

Hubspot Makes it Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use which is my favorite part but it also accurately logs your emails/work... The old program we used prior to Hubspot would not log/track your emails, it would lose connection randomly throughout the day... Hubspot has not had any of those issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found any dislikes yet... I will keep you posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It logs our emails & stays connected throughout the day... This saves me a ton of time on a daily basis. I also really like the snippets feature... Also a time saver.
I love hubspot for his focus on performance
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can personalize my website depending on who the visitator is. To new customer I can show my lead magnet, to old customer I can show a special offer to come back

That having everything in one place, some function aren't so advanced like tools that only do one task (es active campaign)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Above all the fact to have everything under one single tool. I can say bye bye at problems of integration between the different softwares, that was so painful! Now everything is integrated and works smoothly together.
An OK marketing automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Marketo for years and I find Hubspot to be less finnicky and easier to learn. It does exactly what you need it to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
What's up with the nickel and diming? They keep squeezing you to pay more for features as you grow. You want to export this report? Can't do that unless you pay more. Want to configure something a little more, you'll need a new license for that. It's not presented well when you buy it.
Also, they'll ask you to write G2 reviews for compensation then say they got too many so they won't be giving out gift cards :-)

What do you like best about the product?
It has helped me stay on top of projects and keep track of where things are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have everything in it to do what I want and takes some time to figure out how to adjust it to what I need.
