Lead nurturing and conversion setup is convenient

Very good and reliable although some of the new UI can be simplified

Solves the need for multiple designer and marketing roles by streamlining those processes for a single marketing lead to accomplish
Hubspot is a great resource for organizations!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you have a planning tool with the HubSpot Marketing Hub. You can plan emails, social media posts, and other important marketing strategies. Customer support is always there when you need them. It is easy to use especially being able to reproduce emails so you don't have to start from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the plan, there are limitations. It is hard for small organizations that have limited budgets to take advantage of all of the benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is storing all of our client and user data. That is a huge win! Everything is in one place - website, marketing, data storage. It is nice not to have to jump between multiple programs.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is easy to use and interpret.

Import contacts has a few bugs when importing xlsx. files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves why we have hard bounce rates and gives detailed analytics on email marketing.
Hubspot is great but...the pricing is crazy.

Ease of integration with many other apps I already used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. It gets very expensive very fast. Not being able to switch companies off. It makes everything so cumbersome. Just not appropriate for my business.

Phoning. Sales targeting and funnel mgt.

Automation and reporting functions of HubSpot coupled with our wordpress sites.

Something's E are still not possible to do. A much more granular intelligent automated tagging of an event of a visitor allowing us to know Hat interest fields apply. And E have really many about 30 tags. e Old like to know timebasef and intensity based per user and per company.

Hubspot automates nurturing and customer segmentation to create thematic audiences that are addressable for events, newsletters etc

I love it's integration with CRM and its automation capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. So far, so good! I've been working using the tool and looks great and all what we need.
