The option to do so much on their platform.

Sometimes can get a bit complicated, but you always have help on hand to navigate you through.

Outreach to customer in clear and concise marketing. Giving me tools to be better

What do you like best about the product?
I started using HubSpot in May and I feel really comfortable within this system! It's been extremely easy to navigate, track, and plan as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interfacec can have "too much" going on, but overall pretty easy to navigate

They are really good at tracking the "hot lead" to "active customer" journey.

Very easy to use, integrates into our other platforms well. We send out a variety of emails aligning to different campaigns and have had no issues!

Can't think of anything in particular, it's suitable for our needs

Contacting a vast number of clients and prospects in one go, and making sure our data health is positive
The solution is great for startups and easy for agencies to build marketing out for new companies.

The marketplace is excellent. It makes it easy to find high quality templates and build quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each of the templates in the marketplace works differently. I wish there was a way for me to know that the UX is right for each client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of integrating separate systems and building out reports. Having it all in one place is much easier and more manageable.

The price can quickly spiral because we want to go further and use more features.

Allows for greater efficiency by quickly setting up workflows and automating actions (email, activities...)

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and wonderful technical support who are always there to help! I know some technology but not in depth but this has easily been integrated into our organization and quickly becoming an essential part!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes honestly. We used to use Salesforce but that was entirely too expensive and clunky. HubSpot has been a wonderful product my team and I have easily adapted into our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's managing our deals and sales processes, its manaing our renewals process, automating a lot of painstaking tasks and is now managing social media. Best part is I have insights into everything as an administrator!

The sequence automation is kind of not that good.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like HubSpot's intuitive interface. It's super easy to jump in, the templates are excellent and the integrations make anyone look like a pro.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot to dislike about HubSpot. Even without a full subscription, there is enough there to support a start up or small business. One thing I would change make the "resend to a different segmentation" feature visible on the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot funnels and organizes subscriber and member engagement in a way that is meaningful for us.
