Third time around
What do you like best about the product?
I first started using Hubspot as a VP of Marketing in 2014 for our salesteam. Later when I started my own practice, I used it for my client acquisition and marketing. I am a Fractional CMO and just installed it on my newest client.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have some downloadable content where I can convince (or "sell") my clients on the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With my newest client, it is solving our CRM needs. It's a smaller start up and needed little to no customizatin.
Hubspot Has It All!
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature in Hubspot Marketing Hub is that youre able to categorize your customers in a practical way, making it so much easier to send out email blasts.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dislike the inability import certain csv files, and sometimes the options are overwelming; even with youtube videos and forum posts, it was a little difficult to navigate through it all at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it was difficult for me to send mass emails, but with hubspot, i can send multiple automated emails, delayed as much time apart as i want.
Easy to learn, navigate
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about the Martketing Hub is how easy it is to navigate throughout the features. I don't feel lost amoungst all the options, and there is information everywhere that helps me along the way. The customer support is always quick and helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can see many of the features that aren't actually available for my plan, however I understand why I am able to see/learn about them as an additional option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping in touch with people interested in us. We assume that before using HubSpot we likely had a lot of lost leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Access to all customer metrics in one easy dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, frankly. It's a great service and the cost is very reasonable for a small business like mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to converse with my website visitors is really simple using this product.
Marketing Automation Software Extraordinaire
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to automate marketing functions and see who is looking at what, and when. This reduces the time we spend managing our marketing and puts more focus on ensuring our clients and prospects get the messaging we want them to receive. It's easy to use and if we have questions, it's easy to find the answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the learning curve, getting into the groove of what to do first. But once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, consistency with messaging, and overall timing of messages going out to clients/prospects. Overall HS Marketing Hub is saving us time.
Best Small Business CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The best all around CRM and marketing tool for small businesses that need one software to manage the company
What do you dislike about the product?
Hotspots always innovating so there are growing pains, but it's a great software if your up for growing pain but it's worth the innovation!

I don't like the cost of the service. Once you start it becomes expensive

There is a little bit of a learning curve because there are many menus to go through and learn
