Very easy to use and great communication from the team
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is my favorite thing up to this point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of "a-la-carte" options to upgrade for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me solve client rentention issues my consistently having a personalized and streamlined communication.
HubSpot is the best CRM I have used for small to medium sized businesses.

Everything is one place easy to track and see entire journey.

Pricing can be a barrier for smaller companies.

Having it all in one place and able to see what is going on.

Keeping track of large contact lists to organize
I'd reccomend this, but there are a few hiccups.

I like the ease, how data is neatly stored and how projects can be connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't view my pending sales emails against the marketing hub emails!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have insight onto where my email opens are being allocated! More data to understand if a prospect is engaging.
I use it for list building and outbound marketing efforts.

The dashboard components allows me to visualize my campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it doesn't keep me logged in even when I click "remember me."

It allows me to directly connect and monitor my marketing efforts with the CRM function.
Brilliant email marketing sofware
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to customize and implement marketing emails from scratch. Easy to integrate with the CRM software
What do you dislike about the product?
Should give insight into how a prospect's 'likelihood to close' or 'Hubspot score' can have low to high intent

Reaching out to large number of audience effectively.

They integrate different marketing needs in one platform. It is easy to use witouth developers.

It is expensive if you need all the hubspot services and more users.

We needed to improve our conversions a get more clients from our leads. Hubspost was helpful with their automation tools.
Too expensive

Its easy enough to work out how to get started

The support was slow, didn't fix the problem, fetr two years of using Hubspotwe ditched it, when the email stopped tracking. It took more than three months to try to get answers as to why the email tracking stopped

They didn't help at all.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing and Easy to use platform that help you manage all the marketing activities from one single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few basis limitations in the platform which does not allow you to exactly do what you want, when you want to take things to the next level.

Centralised Place for managing key marketing activities. No need to juggle between multiple tools.
